Greetings leaders of Republica de Malta
We're a group of very concerned Maltese people, and would like to inquiry on your recent sirius-wide-broadcast. So unless we'd bother you too much, we would like to meet with you in space and talk about possible cooperation for the betterment of Malta and getting rid of all the filth that is plaguing us all recently.

Soy Randall Santiago, Secretario de Defensa de la República de Malta. I apologize for the delay of this response, and as well the recent news broadcast released by the News Service. It appears subtlety is a factor they will need to learn, being a burgeoning group of aspiring journalists.
Pardon. A meeting is unfortunately out of the question, I'm afraid. While I would happily organize such a time and place for one, and indeed many within the Republic long to speak with those concerned with the betterment of Malta as a whole, the environment and timing for such a meeting, at least in space, is unfortunately out of our reach.
However, in spite of that, I do wish to assure you that the Republic does not wish to see harm come to the common men or women of our people. My duty as the Defense Secretary is tempered with years of seeing Malta safe from threats to her well being, and the people outside of the realm of the National Council and other delinquent forces of the corrupted nationalists are not seen as any concern to the Republic.
I wish you well, amigos. Should you have any other questions, I or another representative of the Republic will be happy to assist you.

It is quite unfortunate to hear that the meeting is out of the question. For years we've been striving to make Malta a better place to live, with more friendly neighbourhood included and frantically trying to find allies among the dreaded National Council.
But, since a meeting around Malta is not within your reach, we hope you will win the Gallic war for Bretonia, on board of your Liner instead of Malta.
