Hola, Lord Moka,

I come to you today with a business proposition, but before I do that, please allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Goyo Castillo, and I am the Captain of the Outcast Dreadnought MNS-Pontevedra. Presently, I am stationed in the Omicron Delta system, protecting Freeport 11 from the great threat of the Nomads. This is where I come to you.

On my last visit to Liberty, well, let's just say things were not going so well for the Rogues, or anyone for that matter. A massive Nomad fleet was attacking New York. Throwing the rules of the Orange Treaty to the wind, I activated a hyperspace beacon and had my second in command jump the Pontevedra in. Shortly after dispatching that Fleet, I took my leave of Liberty and have not returned since.

So, back to my proposal. I am prepared to offer you a sizeable amount of credits, in exchange for full permission to traverse Liberty Rogue space with the MNS-Pontevedra. I will not be docking on any Rogue or Junker base, as the Pontevedra is equipped with a hyperspace jump drive, so it will be docking only in the Omicrons.
