Dear Eliza Valdez,

We know that Nomads isn't something Legion desires for our people to follow, and for the purpose of having clean ranks due to the close proximity to Omicron Psi and Santa Verna, we've decided to outfit every station in Omicron Phi with millimeter-wave tissue scanners, for every person undergo a mandatory scan several times of the day, without them knowing it.

This is our step towards the future without any deplorable beings affecting Malta's technological development. You may have peek on its basic diagrams and functions here. We hope this action will inspire other Maltese to forget what is now only a menace running around our space. If Legion knows about possible Infectees that are supposed to be removed from the pool of the living, we'd be glad to see our system in action.

With friendly regards.
