Is it though? I feel the same way. I used to like the Gallic storyline, and Gallia in general. I'm getting sick of the pushing at the expenses of everyone else now too. Doesn't feel like the Devs care really.

I thought exactly this before I joined the staff team but behind the scenes it's the complete opposite. They do care and are trying to push the story line along so they can focus on something else. There is just a lot to do at the moment (which is being worked on heavily). We have over 80 requests to sort out and over the past 2 weeks we're down to like 30. Things are moving along and so is the story.
