Respected leaders of the Cadiz Cartel
My name is Jerard Voncloud, i am one of the Commanders of the Velvet Group and head of our Capitol assets.
One of my Vessels "The Fearless" attempted to traverse Omicron Alpha and was halted by one of your Fighters. The ships commander gave her apologies which were accepted and she was diverted back from whence she came.
Your pilot did mention to the commander that permission for our Capitol ships needed to be sought, hence this communication.
I wish to request permission for Velvet Capitol ships to be able to traverse outcast space, our reason being that its the fastest route from Omicron Delta to Tau 37. Tau 37 not only houses Freeport 10 but gives us access to Freeport 6 along with pathways to other Zoner bases that side of Sirius. To Go any other route as you can imagine adds a sizeable amount of travel time for our fleets.
I am willing to go through whatever is required in order to get said permission if it is possible.

We don't see a problem from our side to grant you this permission, but as you are probably aware Omicron Beta and Omicron Tau are also under Maltese control and need permission to traverse too. In addition, I recommend you to contact Legio Maltesa too, to avoid any possible misunderstandings.
