Buenos dias, estimado Don Hernán.

I think for the further success of Cartel, i should put more of my time into Omicron Tau colonies developing. But then i will lose sense of Sirius pulse, and so i ask for my vacation from CEO post. I believe señor de Motti will be ideal candidate to shift me on this post. His youthful energy will serve well to Cartel.

And of course i will be always near it will be needed my counseling in big contracts consideration.

Señor Mendoza,

Your service as CEO was flawless and loyalty unquestioned. I see no issues with sending you planetside to observe our local operations. It can indeed, as you say, benefit our profits and further agenda on Soledad. I also concur on the position of the new CEO, Señor de Motti. He shall be notified of the changed immediately. I wish you fortune in your projects on Soledad, we are counting on you.
