To: Rheinland Federal Police from Search/Destroy Agency - Agmen of Eladesor - 03-05-2009 **SECURITY ENCRYPTION ENABLED** Incoming Transmission EYES ONLY TO: Inspekteur der Polizei Viktor Heinz 2nd Inspekteur der Polizei Frederick Belz FROM: Maxmillian DeVirgo, Assistant Director, Search/Destroy Agency Subject: Reciprocity Proposal Inspectors: As you are no doubt aware, the Search/Destroy Agency is the controlling bounty hunter organization in Omega 56. You are also no doubt aware of our agreements with the Kanzler for operations in Rhienland, and hopefully how the S/D always obeys those agreements. We are aware of a passage that happens to connect Omega 56 and Halle. It has been noted by our ships that certain parties have at times violated both of our terriories and used this passage. I propose an agreement of reciprocity between the S/D and the RFP regarding usage of this passage if in pursuit of a violator. To wit; If an S/D tagged ship (and ONLY an S/D tagged ship) is in pursuit of a violator of Omega 56 sovereignty and that violator uses this passage to Halle, the S/D ship would then be able to pursue and engage the trespasser as if it were Omega 56. If an RFP tagged ship (and ONLY an RFP tagged ship) is in pursuit of a violator of Halle sovereignty and that violator uses this passage to Omega 56, the RFP ship would then be able to pursue and engage the trespasser as if it were Halle. Both of our respective ships would then have the free right of return back to their home system through this passage. Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter of imporance to both our organizations. End Transmission To: Rheinland Federal Police from Search/Destroy Agency - torchwood - 03-05-2009 :imcoming transmission: Opening private comms: Comm ID:Viktor Heinz Message begins... i see no problem with this proposal, it is fair and as long as you do not abuse our instalation and patrols there, this proposal is accepted. i will send a message to patrols in halle to disengage any S/D bounty hunter in the area. i will transmit the codes to pass the wepons platforms guarding halle now: Transmitting codes.. ..894-365-795.. To: Rheinland Federal Police from Search/Destroy Agency - Tomtomrawr - 03-06-2009 Frederick Belz walks into his office in New Berlin's Police HQ. It had been a long day for him, and he needed rest. His eyes were starting to lose their life, and bags were showing under them, adding to the affect. His hair needed a shower, as it swayed around as Frederick walked it caught in the artificial light, and for a second the room became even brighter. He sat down at his desk and stared at multiple papers on his desk with dull eyes, then caught a look at the S/D proposal and he instantly sprang back to business. He reads through the paper, nodding his head. 'Yes', he said, although nobody else was in the room with him, 'this proposal seems fair, i agree with it.' He picked up a stamp, long used and fading, and gave the proposal the Frederick Belz's approval. He moves into the next room, his work bedroom for when so much was happening he didn't have time to get home. He had a quick shower and collapsed onto his bed, specifically designed to help his aching back pains. |
