Esteemed friends of the Red Hessian Army

For long the relations between OSI and RHA have been cordial and respectful, the Army even gave us permission to cross Omega-47 to reach our Freeport 5 in the Omega-41 system, which we deeply are gratefull

But now i come to you with a disturbing event, some Hessian dissident called Bjorn.Alfons as been targeting our vessels in Omega-5 and Omega-3, i got some communication logs.

I understand it's always difficult to control the dissidents from the army but if your patrols keep an eye open for him OSI will be gratefull

Herr Mendez, it is sad to hear that some of our people decided to attack and pirate our allies. The SOA is always keen to hunt down these traitors and treat them properly. However, we appreciate your message with the containing logs and we hope that the transport captain and his crew did not suffer any harm. It would be easier to act on this if you would provide us visual evidence of this fellow hessian. Anyways, in this case, I'll deal with this matter myself.
