Connection problems with Vista - 1CM - 03-05-2009

Yep another one
Trouble getting in to server with vista get same message "I'm sorry, but a connectioh couldnot be established to that server. This is usually caused by server going offline when you attempted to connect to it. It may also be cause by Titernet problem. Please try again later.

I checked all forums and took out ipv6/tcp, verizons sercurity pack, which has antivirus, pop up blocker, etc.
took out vindows defender,windows firewall, auto updating, UAC and internet security setting. check everthing to use run in xp and admin mode delete the game flmm and daemonlite and reinstall still get same message am runnning verizon adsl 3m and dont wont to loose my ships and my acc. can someone please help thank you 1CM

Mate if you are using AVG anti-virus that has stopped working. The best free AV i have found working on vista is Anti-Vir.

Did all that followed every step and still no connection and Im not useing AVG been useing verizon internet security suite have all them off and still nothing see all the servers but can not connect

I'm getting the same exact problem, I re-installed both Freelancer and the new 45.85. Still it gives me that same exact error where it cannot establish a connection:(

When you go to run the Freelancer Discovery shortcut (should be in the files after 4.852 is put into effect) right click on the icon, then select Run as Administrator. That should take care of your problem.:)
