To: Sirius-wide broadcast, From: Colony News Service (CNS) reporter Amy - Pennyfield - 08-20-2019 // > Broadcasted Message // > Sender Identified _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Sender: Reporter Amy Sanders (CNS) Subject: Dire situation on Leeds A report from Planet Leeds I'm going to ask you to close your eyes for 10 seconds and I ask you to think of a very happy moment in your life. People on Planet Leeds don't have time for that. In fact, they are hiding underground trying to stay alive from the constant bombardments which are thrown upon them and from which they cannot escape. I have spoken to many colleagues in the field and they all agree in unison: We cannot simply and idly stand by and 'objectively' cover the news while this is happening to 'our' people. Yes, the very people like you and me are fighting for their lives by simply hiding from the bombardments while caring for eachother and merely try to survive. So my message to ALL OUT THERE WHO OWN A SHIP: forget about your politics, differences, race or status and remember the reason why we came to Sirius in the first place: To make a better place for ourselves and our loved ones. So do the right thing, get the casualties and refugees away from Planet Leeds. Forget that you fight with your neighbor, forget that you oppose to a faction, forget that you want to bring down a government that you dislike and corporations forget about your profits for a change. OUR true strength does not lie in indifference or war, it lies with standing up and doing what's right as to make sure we survive and live another day. And, perhaps, this appeal to a joint rescue of the people on Planet Leeds can truly bring us closer and put me out of a job. Contact your friends, family, opponents and business competitor and for (perhaps a brief moment) look beyond your differences and forget about your troubles. I'm a war reporter who is very much hoping to be unemployed for the lack of reporting...
