Background
With the Gallic War winding down, Orbital Spa and Cruise is looking to excite the people of Sirius about the glamours of travelling through space again. A generation of travelers have looked to the stars with fear and apprehension where they should see excitement and wonder. To that end, Orbital Spa and Cruise has seen fit to resurrect one of its most legendary divisions, White Spa Lines, in the hopes of finding and sharing stories that will inspire Sirius to once again take to the stars in adventure, not conquest. WSL ships are not concerned about turning a profit as they are about creating an image, to publish tales that will be read across the sector and make the planet bound denizens of Sirius yearn for a taste of the stars. They may not be able to afford the exuberance of a WSL voyage, but they might be more inclined to book a more standard OSC fare.
Objectives
*To collect stories of individual adventures across Sirius and publish them in Wanderlust, the official in-flight magazine of OSC. While other news outlets focus on the roles of factions, Wanderlust aims to bring the tales of individual pilots to large audiences
*To inspire pilots of all walks of life to find enjoyment and humor as they travel across the stars
*To represent OSC and the service and luxury that brand stands for to cement the company's legacy as the choice for interstellar travel
*To help bridge the gaps, both literal and metaphorical, that exist between the various factions of humanity
*To facilitate the financing of OSC ships for faction pilots
*To spark joy in all who cross paths with us

White Spa Line is a subdivision of Orbital Spa and Cruise, a Liberty chartered corporation. We maintain close ties with our partner houses of Liberty, Rheinland, Kusari, and Bretonia along with their respective house corporations. We maintain a nominal hostility with the enemies of Liberty, but prefer a general live and let live policy. We are hostile to factions that pirate OSC vessels, but prefer to pay off potential attackers and leave justice to house law enforcement. We have a friendly rivalry with factions that transport passengers, believing there is more than enough adventure to go around, and will gladly render assistance that doesn't threaten our vessels to ships in need of support. It is our hope to bridge diplomatic misunderstandings so that one day all the wonders of Sirius and Gallia are open for all of humanity to enjoy.

Out Of Roleplay Section
White Spa Lines aims to fill the current void of an official OSC faction. It's primary purpose is to collect player stories and publish them in an online bulletin called the Wanderlust to help celebrate individual tales of the crazy things that can happen in this game a la Breezewood's press releases. By organizing as a "division" of OSC, it gives flexibility for us to function as a representative of the faction where appropriate but not overstep any bounds. The hope is to eventually become the official faction for OSC while filling a unique niche on the server. We do not aim to be an antagonistic faction. Rather, we want to arrange quirky events and collect the oddball tales that would otherwise slip through the cracks. Essentially, we want all players to smile whenever they see a WSL ship because they know that a good story is going to follow, favoring creativity and role-play over optimization and profitability.

While we are always eager to find new destinations for our customers, at the current time we find Freeport 11's current operations are more beneficial to us. It's always useful to have a neutral port of call in the more... interesting corners of Sirius, and we need friends more than we need parking spaces. Besides, most of our clientele wouldn't be caught dead shopping in something with the pedestrian label of "mall."
