This is Colonel Saint-Just of the Royal Intelligence, to all forces still loyal to le Roi. I'm making this broadcast to prevent further collapse of our armada. A large part of our forces was devastated during the Blitz. Many good officers and leaders perished. Meanwhile, those who were trusted to lead Gallia, have wet their pants at the sight of a Council fleet, and are calling for a ceasefire. Even some of our own officers are cowering back to the Core Worlds or surrendering to Bretonians, unable to accept the grim reality of this war and what needs to be done.

Our unity and hierarchy is crumbling in front of us. The single command structure is in ruins. If we are to survive, we've got to turn this around. I know that plenty of units and lone capitaines are still out there, intent on waging their own war against the barbarians of Sirius and the traitors at home. I respect that. But we'll be at our best if we work together.

That's why I'm calling for the creation of a unified force, Enclave Defense Authority, under a single identification: \*/~. I have Escadron XXII "Les Révélateurs" under my command, and I'll commit them to that force. But should Bretonians come knocking on our doors and looking for revenge, my escadron won't be enough. I offer that we all join forces, lay down the hierarchy, and coordinate our actions to ensure our survival.

I understand that there are loyal and tight-knit units that operate best on their own, and would prefer to maintain their own hierarchy outside. The Enclave Defense Authority will pledge its support to these units, and cooperate with all those who are still loyal to le Roi.

I am the Commandant Pierre Vaillant of the Gallic Forces. I guess we haven't met yet, though I had the opportunity to fly several times with the Révélateurs. I am glad to see they are still following their destiny.

I remain a Royalist and it will always be so. We suffered great losses but not enough to destroy us. During the glassing of Leeds, I managed to organize the evacuation of our elite troops. While the Allied were facing the failure of their invasion, the Dax and Montmorency battlegroups escaped for the Hebrides as well as many of our vessels escorting them.

Now we need to reorganize our forces and start the building of a new era. I am on the current time on my flagship the Sombre Destin and his Cohort. I visited the Dax and the Montmorency respectively and I made the things very clear.

You are assured to have my support. For the moment, I am trying to gather many supports as possible and this shouldn't be a difficulty. Let me know if you need my help. You shall not be disappointed.

I'm reporting the status of my personal cruiser, "Leygues": ship is operational and ready for action in Roussillon system and repairs has been done already in Issoudun, and the whole crew is also ready, we can move out if needed, Colonel or High commanding officer. We are currently holding position by the Rodez outpost, no raiding parties has been reported from Council or Crayter from Tau-44 minefield, might happen soon enough so I want all of you to be ready, in whole Hebrides, and this is all I wanted to say.

I am a Royalist and that will never change. We will arise again, Le Roi will rule Gallia again. As the Dax and Montmorency battlegroups flew to the Hebrides to re-group, my battlegroup was flying with them.

I am Contre-Amiral Rose-Marie Dumont of Marteau des Hebrides, you may have heard of our battlegroup as "Unit 34". I am on my flagship, Dutertre and we are about to arrive Aquitaine. Most of the Unit 34 should already be present within the vicincy of Issodun Drydock and awaiting refits on their vessels.

While some of our...lesser, doubtful brethen chose to betray us, we handled them and managed to keep at least a semblance of integrity. I am very well aware the situation is not the best one, however we are ready for what awaits us. I remain loyal to our king and I do not intend to show mercy for those who stray from our rightful path.

I will take a shuttle to Planet Bordeaux once my cohort arrives. I believe we can discuss the urgent matters there. Meanwhile Unit 34 will be available for inspection, should you see such a need.

My name is Louis Clement. It is a pleasure to meet you. In my time in the Marine Royale Gauloise, I served as a contre-amiral and was in charge of two battlegroups.
Those battlegroups are loyal to my command, and are currently positioned in the Dublin and the Brittany systems. The battlegroups consist of several hundred lighter ships, and a few very heavy assets. Since the fleets were not engaged in the battle of London, we are in a good shape and ready to support you if needed.

The Marine Royale Gauloise has failed us. They betrayed the King and are now planning to align themselves with the Council forces. I have several very important data packages, which I am willing to share with you, if you can prove your worth.
I have my fleet, and they are loyal to nobody but me. Now it is your turn to show me that you're worth allying with.
I eagerly expect to see your victories.

Saint-Just here. We were contacted by a Nathalie Delafosse from the Voilé Squadron. It is a unit allegedly focused on intel, sabotage, and R&D. Madame Delafosse claims to have been working with Grande Maréchale Lucie LeBlanc. I couldn't ascertain that through my own sources, with all the ongoing turmoil, but the proof she provided was genuine. My only concern is that madame Delafosse spoke a little too buttery in her initial transmission.

Either way, they offer help, and have already provided a couple of interesting intelligence reports. We're in no position to refuse such an offer. It's best to have our units cooperate with the Voilé squadron in the field if the situation is appropriate, but make sure they don't divulge our own secrets. We never know who stabs us through the back or hightails back to the Core Worlds when the traitors beckon with amnesty, riches, and power.

This is capitaine Ambrecoeur speaking, commanding officer of RNS-Sonme, appointed to the Leeds garrison.

Against the odds, me and my crew of RNS-Sonme finally made it to Hebrides from the devastated and full of allied forces Leeds. We were one of the last defenders of the system and we could not make it to evacuation point in time, due to ambush from the enemy. We managed to repel the attack and fall back with damaged navigation and communication systems, therefore we arrived at the theater only now.

Before we can return to active duty, I beg you to provide my people with medical care. Most of my crew members have wounds of different weight and in this position, I do not want to risk them.

If there is any need in interrogations of me or my crew, we are willing to comply. After all, I can understand this after the betrayal of MRG and other units.

Nevertheless, I am happy, that that people of the Roi are still fighting for our home and the way of life and I am ready to join aforementioned EDA.

Capitaine Ambrecoeur, this is Commandant Gauthier, Escadron XXII of Enclave Defense Authority. We have received your report about the ship, and your request for medical care for your crew.

I must disappoint you; planet Bordeaux is currently in no position to accept the wounded. There are only so many medical facilities planetside. Most of the people live in tent camps, and whatever hospitals in the main settlement are already operating well over capacity. That is to be expected, given that Bordeaux is a newly-colonized world, and the way we retreated from Leeds. I figure, the damage to Sonme's system also needs to be repaired. But to my knowledge, all mooring points at Issoudun Drydock are booked for the coming months.

We can, however, offer assistance in other forms. I'm dispatching transport vessel Loyaute to your ship. It will bring whatever medical supplies and repair materials we can spare, along with EDA medical, maintenance, and security personnel. We'll have to make do with the Sonme's medbay and whatever repairs possible without the drydock. Loyaute can take crew members with the gravest wounds to EDA's current flagship, the Lance Royale. Its facilities are the best we have right now.
