There had been a reported sighting, during one of the KNF assaults against Kinkaku-ji, of a cloaked KNF battleship. Aparantly you and Misaki witnessed it. The troubling part of this, is that we have no technology to counteract such cloaking devices.

I would like to request that you relay the sighting of such technology in KNF possesion to the Cartel and have someone contact me to discuss the possible countermeasures to deal with such threats.

The device can be used on fighters, bombers, freighters and small gunboats. Its theoretical action zone is 2,000K, the cooldown is around 30 seconds and you can do around 20 activations per one battery life circle, then you will need to change the battery. Nowadays it is the most advanced anti-cloak technology, available on the market.

It is only a precaution against future attacks by cloaked KNF ships. We try to adapt to and repel any attack they throw at us, but we are ill equiped to deal with this kind of technology.
