If you do not know us yet, let me introduce myself and the corporation on behalf of which I speak. My name is Antonio de Motti, I am Chief Executive Officer of Cadiz Cartel, but do not let our name distract you. We are Maltese commercial organization that shares traits of a corporation with good governance and good opportunities to gain cash and influence within our society and beyond it. Until the previous year, we were not frequent guests of Bretonia, but this time has passed. Our corporation is currently looking for new horizons for ourselves as well as for Malta at all.

Perhaps, you know about "Independent" Miners Guild situation in Tau sector, but if you do not - I will briefly provide the insight thereon. The Guild is losing its influence in Tau, as well around all the Sirius. In the past, the Guild was a primary supplier of niobium ore to Bretonia, but nowadays this place is ours. The Cartel and Maltese independent traders and miners have been supplying Bretonia with quality niobium and other goods, produced or extracted by Maltese Hispania, and I believe we do it well. In line with this, we decided to increase the amount of extracted ore, but we need a heavy mining platform like "Hegemons" is. To this end, we decided to contact you as the main Bretonia mining corporation to request ships for our usage at mining operations.

We have heard a lot about Bretonian ship industry and tested your "Scetland" super-transport before and we think your ships is exactly what we are looking for: the balance of price and effectivity. In this regard we have an offer for Bretonia Mining & Fabrication as the Bretonia industrial corporation: our corporation wants to procure a few of Bretonian civilian ships, such as "Hegemon"-class mining vessel and "Scetland"-class super-transport. We believe, that abovementioned ships will suit well for our mining operations within Maltese and the border space, as well as for legal transportation outside of our territories.
