We are well aware of the hostility presented by the organisation known as Velvet. Not only did they attack our enemies without provocation, they also seem to find it appropriate to insult our officers, even when we decide to help defend a freeport against the Rheinland military. I'd like to thank you for the support shown towards our installation.
As you understand, situation is a bit sensitive as my predecessors were working in different ways, but I'm not here to judge their decisions.
