Meeting on The Cali Base - Richard J. Raymond - 10-24-2019

A passenger Liner with the Call sign GRG|New.Horizon gets in range of the Cali Base. Onboard is Jade Snow, with her crew ready for a meeting with the highest rank personnel of the Orange Alliance. She is visibly nervous, but yet she gives her crew orders to stay as calm as possible since this is a new situation for all of them. As they get closer to the Cali Base, she makes an announcement over the ship's internal radio. Alright, so I know this is a new situation for all of us, but yet we need to remain calm and look prepared. We are here to represent the Genesis Research Group as good as possible. We have no space for flaws or mistakes right now, and everything needs to run nice and smoothly. Furthermore, since we don't know any of those people, I give everyone the order that as soon as I leave the ship, a ship-wide High alert lockdown will be initiated. This is a pure security measurement. In case something goes wrong or anyone tries to force their way inside the ship, you will take off, no matter what happens to me. As soon as they reached the Cali Base, they requested to dock and got lead to their docking bay. While they landed, most of the crew started to prepare the High alert lockdown, and Jade did go back to her quarters to prepare the last bits of her presentation. While she was in there, two GRG security guards found themselves in front of her quarter, ready to follow her when she gets picked up.

Valeria Cortez, the secretary of Cadiz CEO was sent for this perhaps, an important meeting with former IRG scientists. She came to Cali base in a hours before Genesis delegation would arrive at the base and spend most the time at worries and by dressing and make-up herself while trying to calm down before the meeting. Valeria was not want to disappoint her chief, Antonio de Motti and be ready to do all best she can for succeed and maximum profit for Malta, Cartel and de Motti himself.
She was dressed at the dark red mantle, her hair was straight and small accessory was hiding within it does not allow her haircut to scatter. The woman has rotated in front of the mirror once again then checked how well her lipstick is looking and finally left the room which she rented for herself.
Together with a few men from Cartel security, she went to a hangar where they have waited for GRG's delegation ship as well for other members of the meeting who did not come yet, some of which already has been detected within the range of Maltese station radars and have to come in minutes.
They will be there soon...

The Gen'an Chrysanthemum Matriarch, Ishikawa Aya, known outside of the initiated Sisters as 'Kiri', had arrived earlier this morning with her entourage. Her formal black kimono with GC insignas on the sleeves and back, was tied with a yellow obi and a golden mask covered the lower part of her face.
Katsuki Hanako, in charge the GC guard present on the Cali Base to ensure the safety of the Matriarch, was busy giving the last instructions before the presentation started. Naturally Misaki had demanded that she was allowed to tag along and she was granted permission on the condition that she behaved herself. However, Hanako eyed Misaki cautiously, knowing that she could walk off at any moment. Misaki was dressed in a basic gen'an GC flight suit, but she was still easy to spot due to her short size.
Ayumi stood aside the guard, somewhat nervous, but her eyes were gleamed over with boredom. It was a mission Ayumi took seriously, after all she was assigned to keep the Matriarch safe from harm, though she felt the older members didn’t have faith in her ability, nor should they with such a new face, but if anything were to go wrong, this was Ayumi’s place to prove herself to the Matriarch first hand.
Slightly leaning on the wall behind her, the black leather jacket pressed against her back, while her hair sat neatly in a bobble, her black night hair shining in the lights, the fringe dangled over part of her face.
The young members’ outfit was completed with a pure white shirt, with no signs of wear, clearly a recent purchase, while her trousers matched her hair, and jacket. Along with several golden rings which wrapped themselves around her thin fingers.
Hanako walked up to the Matriarch to report that the guard was ready for the event.

The Sisters sent by Empress 'Red' herself arrived a brief twenty minutes prior to Cali's long range scanners first detecting the Genesis Liner. The small group consisted of merely three people; Aimi Amaia, Agent Chanai and Kiku Hayashi. Each of them having an individual task for the upcoming discussions, which were likely to follow the presentation of the project.
Aimi was seen in her usual attire, jewelry and a barely noticeable adornment under a long, modern dark blue dress. Chanai preferred to remain casual, everyday clothes paired with two large golden earrings. Only Kiku was wearing a more traditional attire, a colorful decorated kimono with flower patterns, a Furisode. And it was Kiku who was tasked to find out whether or not the Genesis group already arrived. Luckily nearby permanent staff members of Cali were well informed about this matter, telling them that it would still take some ten minutes. Instead of waiting in one of the few hallways near the docking bays, which were leading to the inner complex of the station, they settled on waiting in a small but comfy room which appeared to have been utilized for business tasks before. It even had a window with view on the launch pad Chanai's Sabre was at!

As Jade felt ready, she grabbed her tablet with her presentation about the Project "New Dawn" on it and did a quick double-check in the mirror that she looks appropriate. She stepped outside of her quarter and told her security to bring her to the exit of the New Horizon. Before the Doors opened, she once more checked her tablet if everything essential is on it. Her heavily armed Guards proceeded with the opening sequence of the door. As the Door opened, Jade got a bit blinded by the Lights in the Hangar. Her Guards taking the first steps outside, followed closely by Jade, the Door fastly closed behind them, and Jade got a notification on her tablet that the High alert Lockdown got successfully enabled. The Guards stood in front of Jade until she told them to move aside so she can get through between them. She stepped forward, and she bowed her upper body down respectfully.
I wish you a Good Day. As she stood straight again, she started to introduce herself. My name is Jade Snow. I'm the lead engineer from the Genesis Research Group. I'm the one who will present the Project "New Dawn" to you today. The honor is on my side to meet you.
She took one step back and gulped out of nervosity, not sure if she did everything right and if she was respectful enough. Nevertheless, she was straight forward and looked around nervously and asked if already everyone had arrived. She suddenly noticed that she forgot the tablets for her guests and angrily hissed at a guard to bring her the four tablets that are in her room.

When the delegation show up, Valeria made a deep breath and went for meet them.
"I bid you a good day, Senorita Snow. My name is Valeria Cortez, I am the secretary of Cadiz Cartel Chief Executive Officer Antonio de Motti and I will supervise this meeting," - Valeria has welcomed the group's representative. - "We are glad to welcome you on Cali Base. The meeting room we rented for the meeting is already awaiting our guests. If your mind I can escort you to the room."

Hanako was wearing all black, leggings, sweater, boots and leather jacket. With the usual vibrant orange lilies braided into her hair. She turned her gaze to Misaki as she slinked her way up to her. Letting out a sigh as Misaki was already trying to get into her usual shenanigans.
"With how often you get yourself into trouble, i'd prefer you not go anywhere unsupervised. My duty is to guard the Matriarch, so you won't be doing any exploring until this is over."

Miss Cortez, it's a pleasure to meet you. Well, I wouldn't mind at all. I hope that it won't be a problem if my Guards will follow us? They will not come inside, of course, I don't think we will need them in there. Jade takes a step forward to indicate that she and her Guards are ready to head to the meeting room. In her Mind, Jade is still going through all kinds of scenarios of what could happen and if the attended parties will be satisfied with her presentation.

"Yes, of course, this is not a problem at all," - she smiled a little to Jade, - "But before we proceed I must inform you of something."
Valeria gave them a few respirators, which should enough for all.
"The air of this base contains Cardamine particles and if you are not interested in becoming 'addicted' - she smirked when she said that to the Zoner delegation, - "you should use these."
Before she gave each member of the delegation a respirator to wear for their stay.
