At 1200 hours today an Alien attack occurred 14.5 Kilometers from Manhattan. The 5th Liberty Navy, Liberty Navy, Liberty Navy Secondary Fleet and Liberty Police Inc. Blackwatch Fleet all responded to the incident and engaged in direct combat with the Alien Invaders. I am here to report the defense of Manhattan was a success and no Alien life made it to our Capital Planet. The entirety of the invading Nomads was destroyed and the Republics Fleets as a whole sustained minimal losses of life. Stations Orbiting Manhattan took little to no damage thanks to Long Island Station and Albany Police Academy weapons platforms. I myself was was in the middle of the Battle commanding our Flagship Leavenworth and the bravery of our Navy and Police Officers are second to none in all of Sirius.

Secondly, concerning the minimal losses the Navy and Police has taken we ask any salvage or passerby to report any wreckage's you may find near Manhattan as it is our top priority to bring our men and women home to their families so they may receive a proper burial. We have two missing Police Officers and I hope we can find them soon if they have truly perished. There is no sacrifice to great when it comes to serving the people of this great Republic and these two Officers show that heroism to the fullest, at the moment the names of the two missing Officers will not be released at this time.

Thirdly, have some honorable mentions that I saw show courage and honor on the battlefield and while I cant recognize them all here is who i noted. It was great fighting at your side, Captain Franklin Drake, Rear Admiral Grey Evans, and Captain Ronald Hayes. Your superior commanding skills was key to our success and I publicly wish to show gratitude for it. From myself and the Liberty Police Inc. Thank you for your service to this great Republic.
