1. The administration of Ames Research Station remains in the hands of the GRG, which has since been handed over to Omicron Supply Industries.
2. GRG will cease the current project with the Legacy order cell.
3. The previous agreement immediately is reformed to allow GRG to operate in the Southern Omicrons, but not interfere with Velvet's operations or be asked to leave.
4. Velvet will retain administration of Corinth, but will work a deal to allow GRG to work there on a monthly contract that will be fair for both Velvet and GRG. GRG can make use of up to 3 lab spaces and will in return provide counseling on Velvets research endeavors. This will only permit GRG access and use of the labs. GRG acknowledges that Velvet are the owners and administrators of the station.
5. Neither Velvet or GRG will come anywhere near each other’s research unless invited to do so, for example to provide suggestions or assistance.
6. Velvet will continue its operations unhindered, as the Lower Omicrons are its primary sectors of operation. Likewise, Velvet will not hinder GRG operations as long as they do not involve matters otherwise mentioned in this agreement.
7. GRG will respect and uphold the the NCLE regarding the mining of Azurite gas and Iridium ore and as such, will not engage in its own mining operations until it's agreed within the NCLE or to mine on behalf of one of the NCLE parties.
8. Velvet will not prevent GRG in legally acquiring the above-mentioned materials through its allies.

1. This is a set agreement between Genesis Research Group (written as GRG), Omicron Supply Industries (written as OSI) and Velvet Organization (written as Velvet).
2. Every group can use a Zoner base intended for its purposes for group's intended purposes, free of charge.
2.1. This will mean that Velvet is allowed to move their ships to any Zoner base in Sirius system for the sole purpose for defending it from imminent danger. This excludes the Omicron systems as it is main Velvet Territory.
2.2. GRG is able to use any Zoner base for staging their research prior to announcing themselves to it's administrator. This excludes Ames and Corinth research station, along with Livadia Shipyard.
2.3. OSI is able to use any Zoner base for trading purposes without needing to announce themselves to any administrator.
3. Notable Zoner bases are as following: Livadia Shipyard, Corinth Research Station, Ames Research Station.
3.1. Livadia Shipyard will be administrated by Velvet as it has been by now. Zoner groups can rent a dry dock by paying 75.000.000 Sirius credits.
3.2. Ames Research Station will be administrated by GRG. Velvet can use the station for the sole purpose of defending the station, free of charge. OSI can use the station for
trading purposes, free of charge.
3.3. Corinth Research Station will be administrated by Velvet's Stella Hoshii. GRG will have full access to 30% of the laboratories, free of any charge, while Velvet will keep the other 70% for themselves. OSI can use the station for trading purposes free of charge.
4. All groups will respect and uphold the the NCLE regarding the mining of Azurite gas and Iridium ore and as such, will not engage in its own mining operations until it's agreed within the NCLE or to mine on behalf of one of the NCLE parties.
5. Velvet should have basic information upon research projects going on within other Zoner groups and vice-versa for the sole purpose of security.
6. Freeport 5 will be handed out to GRG to fully stage their research within Omega and Omicron systems.
7. Each group has full rights to receive basic information of another group's purposes within the premises of their administrated base.
