Greetings Mr. Stark,

In recent months, we investigated after Alan Shepard's disappearance according to our internal protocol. The investigation no longer has any rationality. The ex-CEO seems to have been the victim of an attack in the Tau-31 system. Because we are after an aggressive war period it is difficult to accuse anyone. According to our information, it was an unfortunate coincidence that an enemy fleet crossed Alan Shepard's trade route. In addition, Alan Shepard used smugglers' routes to minimize encounter from trade lanes. In general, a lot of trouble was caused by his stubbornness and fearlessness of taking risks but I think his courage remains exemplary for everyone.
We officially declare Alan Shepard's death... Our sincere condolences... We hope his legacy continues to flourish in our hands !


Life goes on ... and now I would like to give you an overview of our current situation. I would like to centralize our remaining strength and knowledge in the future. I would like to merge the Blackwing Squadron unit back into the Gateway Security & Escort division. I would like to simplify our security division and make the Agency's achievements transparent. In addition, the financing of security forces will be simpler from an economic point of view.

According to my plans the reinforced center for the centralized security system would be on the Oceana Shipping Platform. I would be responsible for administering the base and continuing its development under my directorate. The commercial profit of the base is equal to the incorporation profile, which I have no right to use or abuse. In addition, I would like to finish the Biodome project and restart the Cloak disruptor factory which had been stopped for the duration of the war. In line with all plans and ambitions I would like to apply for Director of Operations Security job position in the Executive board.

Mr. Carrick,
Hm...Alan is...dead. He was more than our previous CEO. He was a man of courage and a good friend to me. Looks like everyone's time comes one way or another.

Well, life goes on as you say and we have much to do. The war dwindled our supply lines, as well as Bretonia's in general. I must say, harsher days require simpler, more practical solutions, and as such, simplifying our secury branch will go a long way. I like your thinking on that. Regarding filling that position, I believe you are the only one we can have with enough experience these days. I was the previous Director of Security as you may know. So it will need filling and you'll fill it suitably I think.

Now, that Biodome Project.where are we on it right now and how much we project from a revenue and investments standpoint for that? We may not have the funding or the resources we used to have before the war, tread carefully there, if it will be a liability in the long term, we should seek alternatives. We have both Curacao and Yuma near our vicincy, keep that in mind. However, in case of it will be actually beneficial, then I will authorize continuation of it and will reinitiate comms with Synth.

Regarding Oceana... Do we need that many cargo space around? We could cut a few more to construct additional facilities, not only be limited to Cloak Disruptors. We could branch into hyperspace scanning as well. Maybe even go into Jump Drive construction? I believe Crayter Republic and Bretonia Armed Forces would make good use of them, after all, one is a proven user that could benefit from mass-production at cheaper cost and the other is our home.
