Senors and senoritas,

My dear former colleagues, let me introduce myself. My name is Samuel Crespo Duarte and I represent "Navarro" Research and Development group, former R&D group inside of Cartel. With the disbandment of Cuatroce we, as well as the most of you, found ourselves lost without single idea what to do next. The number of other subgroups were disbanded as well and only we made it through all this mess.

We adopted some of former groups, including some R&D groups and Avance Consortium. However, while our research and development core is well-organised, we are still in the process of organization of our security and commercial fleets, as we need both of them now. Therefore, I would like to offer to you to unite under the Orange flags again and make your effort in the future of science on Malta - I would like offer you to join the Navarro. Your previous position doesn't matter, we will find place for everyone.
