i can quite safely guarantee you that the prosecutor is anything but a light fighter

upscale light fighter hull, increase their armor so they dont die to a nuke; alternatively delete nukes so rippers are the new nuke

If you wanna buff their hull they'll be heavy fighters with LF size and turn rate. Hell no. The second proposal is good.

I'd like all HFs would have both CD and a torp slot. 4-5 guns would be enough in that case, which might turn this suggestion into bade one.
Or LFs should have both CD and a torp slot, in case changing HFs is bade. They have 4 guns already, or less.

Give ALL light fighters class 10 shields (Such as the scimitar)
make some light fighters able to have 5 weapons
give light fighters auxiliary slots, at least some of them
buff their armors

I don't erh.. fly light fighters. I'm a bit partial to the Prosecutor and that's a VHF.
