Hello.
My name is Rell Harrow.
I normally have the position of Rheinland Director within the Congress but I was tasked to handle this communication.
Should this not be to your satisfaction, then I can try to get a hold of the Arbiter, though he is a busy man.
Mr., Ms. or Mrs. Scarlet;
A good while ago, the Gallic invasion force attacked not only the house of Bretonia but also Junker installations therein.
The Corsair Empire made the decision to side with the invasion force during attacks on the house and did not withdraw their firepower when the innocents on Trafalgar base were slaughtered, burned and ejected into the unforgiving void of the surrounding scrap field.
Even now, after the conclusion of the war, the base remains in the hands of the BAF|. Our work in and traffic through New London is stunted because of this.
I'm probably preaching to the choir here. As you say that your affiliation is with the corsairs, I trust that you know the base's history.
There has been no communication between the Junker Congress and the Empire since the massacre on Trafalgar.
If you wish to change this, then I welcome you approaching us.
