The ICN functions as a mission archive & communications hub for the Streitmächte of Rheinland. Pilots and officers of the Streitmächte are to file After Action Reports (henceforth AAR) and present promotion criteria for consideration of the Admiralty here. Standardized AAR template & Promotion Request format are attached below. Responsibilities of the Admiralty include the dispensation of new standing orders, promotion, and decoration of pilots & officers. The ICN is a secure, internalized network, segregated from the neural net. In extenuating circumstances, the Admiralty may choose to permit ICN access to third parties not affiliated with Rheinland's armed forces. Unauthorized access to the ICN is strictly prohibited. At 1805 hours I made contact with our main patrol force in low NB orbit. Admiral Morgenstern, Fähnrich Knoeckel, and Fähnrich Welser were also present. We immediately proceeded to Sigma-15 and verified FP was clear before doubling back to Munich. There we encountered three Order vessels outside of Augsburg; two subcraft, one transport. After a prolonged, enthusiastic conversation between all parties, the terrorist forces refused to turn themselves in, and AD-M gave orders to engage. The fight went well for us in the end, albeit not before my ship was critically disabled. Between this time and 1932 hours, FR-Lochte and two Secondary Fleet pilots joined our patrol. At approximately 1932 hours we engaged with a sizable Hessian force near Wildau, and the sortie quickly moved deep into the Saarfeld. We steadily whittled the red forces down, but I was again dispatched, and we sustained heavy losses due to imbalanced/uncoordinated asset deployment. Due to severe physical impact to my ship, and interference from the dark matter cloud in Munich, I was not able to retrieve any useful guncam footage, but AD-M provided some of the Munich engagement for my use in this report. Before the beginning of our tonight's patrol we received reports of several Coalition ships terrorizing our citizens in Frankfurt system. At 1940 hours we encountered the Coalition strike-group near Aachenfeld in New Berlin system. Our patrol was consisted of 4 very heavy fighters and later we were joined by 2 Donau-class cruisers. The enemy forces were consisted of 2 bombers and 1 Typhoon-class destroyer. Before long we began our assault, unfortunately we were unable to destroy the enemy bombers in time because their destroyer provided them with quite efficient air support and we were forced to wait for reinforcements. After our cruisers arrived to the battlefield, the enemy destroyer was destroyed within a few minutes. Thanks to that, we could deploy our fighter wing against their bombers. During that fight one of the hostile bombers somehow managed to blow himself up and one of our fighters was unfortunately destroyed. My own ship was acting strangely and I was no longer able to fight with the last remaining bomber, thus Admiral Morgenstern herself had to deal with this bomber personally. Allied forces: [SMR]Adm. I am pleased to report that a bad situation was turned, via skill and flawless tactics, to a victory for the Streitmächte! Undertaking a routine patrol, I found myself on the trade lane between Wildau Station and New Berlin, facing two Unioners who were interrupting the trade lane and generally causing a nuisance. The good Admiral Morgenstern came to aid me in my uneven predicament, and I made my way nearer to new Berlin to rendezvous with the Admiral, only to discover we were badly outnumbered. But not for long. Reinforced by other Streitmächte fighters, a general melee ensued, and our superior training and tactics soon made short work of the threat. Fähnrich Seidel dispatched Poverty, and the one calling himself Hydra Head (such strange names these people give themselves!) and Herr Brehm disposed of Derek Lutz and Klaus Katzman. Fähnrich Haalik dispatched Kleines Schwein before the Fähnrich found it necessary to eject, having been struck a disabling blow by Hydra Head. Following this engagement, another Unioner came late to his fellows' aid; "Heidigger". He was pursued to Frankfurt and there his vessel was destroyed. As this was my first major combat since joining the Streitmächte, I am pleased to have contributed in my own small way to this great victory! Allied forces: [SMR]Adm. Morgenstern [SMR]Fr. This report may be considered an addendum to FR-Humboldt's AAR-003. At almost exactly 2300 hours, FR-Seidel and I RV'd with AD-Morgenstern in high Stuttgart orbit. We proceeded along the lanes toward Omega-7, with a short disruption wherein AD-M dispatched a Hessian rookie. Upon reaching Åland Shipyard, we diverted towards the Rothfeld and encountered a Bretonian destroyer engaged with local pirate forces. The Bretonian declined our assistance and we continued to Omega-2. We located a ramshackle and extremely ill-advised Coalition construction, flashing the name Iskra Outpost. At this point, a Coalition vessel undocked from the base before immediately docking again, doubtless intimidated by our force. We encountered an independent vessel, Volcarona, had a brief chat in which the captain identified herself as "an interstellarist", and we initiated RTB. In the Muhu Lavafeld, we encountered... some variety of Nomad that I believe to defy description. I obtained some pitiful scans, though surely the Sleipnir's analysis equipment can only provide reports of inferior quality. Nonetheless, I have attached them to this report. As a final addendum, I would like to request between two and six days' shore leave to recover from recent sorties; failing that, I would like to request temporary medical deferral to see both a psychiatrist and a neurological specialist. Battle alarm got me in worst possible moment. I was enjoying in polishing meine combat boots for zhe seventh time today and loud honking sound made me jump. Next thing I remember was cruising to Frankfurt in my mighty Sleipnir. Pleasing noise of VP-E9 engines, Mk I, zhe proud of every Streitmächte fähnrich. Meine Flammenwerfer barrels I polished zhis morning and they were bathing happily in light coming from medium blue sun. It could be one of very pleasing patrol mit small skirmish. But, it wasn't. Soon Red Hessian ships escorted by Bundschuh entered our scanners range at exact place we were pointed by our all knowing Streitmächte Kommandantur. We had enough forces to intercept and even destroy, so we did it by orders of our Frau Admiral. A nice try, I'd rather say. We wrecked one enemy ship, they wrecked one of ours. And so on. Then they were reinforced and battle ends there for me. Luckily, my escape pod was in top shape and recently polished, if I may add. List of our ships, all fighters: [SMR]Adm.Morgenstern (returned in escape pod, no serious wounds) [SMR]Fr.J.Schubert [SMR]Fr.Knoeckel (returned in escape pod, no serious wounds) [SMR]Fr.Wagner (returned in escape pod, no serious wounds) And allies on our side: KR|Dazzling [RMK]Ge.Lothar.Brehm (managed to escape pod, no status report yet) List of enemy's ships, all fighters: [RHA]SOA-Vanagandr [RHA]Njall.Ostberg (bravely nuked down by Frau admiral) [RHA]Coenbehrt.Flaxman (bravely shot down by Fr. J. Schubert) DWR|Sara.Lichtman (suicide by own nuke) DWR|A-Elise.Spitz Reinforcements: [RHA]Tino.Kaiser [RHA]Ulrich.Beck I'm ending this report with incomplete data about what happened to Fähnrich Schubert, as I was too busy to navigate my escape pod to nearest friendly base. It was very well polished and hard blue sun rays were reflecting from every surface, not helping me to see zhe instruments at all. Danke! *salutes* End report. At 1900 hours, Fähnrich Schubert and I received a request for assistance from a Donau-class cruiser, the Rheingau, and an Oder-class gunship, the Kanonenboot. The two warships were tracking a Junker Xeno salvage operation in the Omicron Xi system, so the Fähnrich and I proceeded to Omicron Xi to rendezvous with our capital vessels. By the time we arrived on scene, a sizable Corsair force was already present, and unit cohesion was lost. We never made contact with the Kanonenboot, and the Rheingau was forced to retreat as we engaged their fighters and a battle transport, the Bebe. Corsair capital vessels trickled into the AO, totaling two Praefect-class cruisers, the Unholy Xin and the Koxinga, and three Legate-class dreadnoughts, the Muerte, Asteroth, and Leonidas. At this time, a Marinestreitkräfte pilot, Flieger Seger, arrived on scene to assist. Shortly thereafter, Fähnrich Schubert's Sleipnir was shot down and she was forced to eject. In a strange turn of events, the Corsairs began to turn on their own. The leadership of The Brotherhood appeared displeased with the performance of their cruisers, and ordered the Asteroth to bring guns to bear on the Unholy Xin and Koxinga, eliminating both of them in short order. The Muerte fled the scene at this time, leaving only two Legates and a token fighter escort in play. Thanks to this turn of events, Flieger Seger and I were able to hold out until reinforcements arrived. One of our battleships, the Koenigsberg, made short work of the Leonidas. Unfortunately, the Koenigsberg suffered a catastrophic engine failure, and we were forced to await the arrival of another warship, the Marinestreitkräfte's RWK Kaiser, commanded by Admiral von Tannenberg. I ran intercept on the Asteroth's warheads, detonating them in close proximity to cripple her shields. Shortly thereafter, the Kaiser moved into gun battery range, and the Asteroth was forced to dock, putting her out of the fight. Fähnrich Humboldt, who had arrived with the Kaiser, moved to assist Flieger Seger in mopping up the remaining fighter craft, but the Flieger requested that he handle the situation alone. We obliged, and after a short time he shot down the remaining two Corsair fighters. Humboldt, Seger, and myself fell into formation alongside the Kaiser and escorted her home through Munich. Von Tanneberg elected to moor his ship at Mainz Storage Facility in Frankfurt, while our flight proceeded back to New Berlin. As an addendum, Fähnrich Haalk's request for medical leave is retroactively approved. End report. Guten Tag, This will unfortunately be my first, and last AAR. I am currently hospitalized due to a training accident that happened over the weekend while I was on New Berlin. As it was made aware to me afterwards, the rope that I had used to repel down the side of a tower, snapped which caused me to plummet a few hundred yards into the ground. I was fortunate enough to have only broken my leg, some ribs, and my wrist. On order of the Doctor, I am unfit to fly and will likely remain unfit to fly for the foreseeable future, and I wish my bothers and sisters in arms good luck in their endeavors to keep the fatherland safe and secure. A few hours ago, we received a signal about a large number of enemy fighters in the area of sector 6E. At the time of the signal, not all enemy fighters were recorded, so our group was ambushed by the rebels. There was an unequal battle in which we were defeated and we had to retreat. We also severely damaged several rebel ships that also retreated. While we were repairing our ships, we received a signal of an even greater concentration of enemies on our border in the Hudson system. Those ships that could take part in this operation flew off the signal, and the remaining ships remained under repair. At the time of arrival, as it turned out, the signal was received not only by us, but also by the Liberty navy. Since my camera was damaged and not restored after the previous battle, I could not fix it. But the ship’s logs have been preserved and will be transferred on demand. This time all the opponents were destroyed and we successfully and without loss returned to their places of deployment. End report. About an hour ago, on a routine patrol through the Sigmas, the Admiral, a few others, and myself, encountered an Order Battlecruiser, as well as a GMG bomber in the Sigma 21 system near grid 5E. The Captain of the Order Vessel said he was told by the GMG there was an infestation among the ranks of our Military. The Admiral, demanded the Order Vessel lower his shields and to be arrested, but he did not seem to keen to do so. We then opened fire on the Order and GMG vessels. About 10 minutes into the engagement, to my surprise a Coalition Vessel, specifically a Gunboat came to assist the Order and GMG. We successfully eliminated all 3 vessels, with the help of a Military Battlecruiser that showed up near the end of the engagement. End report.
