Dear Zoners, I come to you today, searching permission to use your base, Freeport 11, as a staging area and safe haven for one of our newly commisioned ships, a "Geb" class light carrier, the Orillion. This ship is under my personel command, and it would be strategic to place it in the Omicron Delta system. From there we will be able to patrol Delta, as well as launch scouts to investigate Nomadic activity. We are aware of the increase in Bounty Hunter capital ship vessels in the Omicrons and will respect your no-fire zone if a Bounty Hunter vessel is spotted. We will also defend the freeport while we are stationed there, and help it when needed. The Order and the Zoners have common ideas, and I ask you for permission to station my vessel in freeport 11, in order for us to continue to serve humanity.
