Bonjour, Capitane Principal Duval. Pleasure making acquaintance with you. I hope, my employee has not been a trouble, oui? My name is Fabian Montluc, I am the owner of Montluc Advanced Engineering enterprise. Monsieur Lefevre was right, we have had no business with the Enclave as until now. I will clarify our position in this matter: we bear no grudge with the Enclave. I myself am of Gallic nobility and was stricken deeply with the fall of the monarchy. I lost my estate on Orleans once the planet fell into the hands of le Conseil. I served with the Royal Fleet and still have a lot of acquaintances who decided to withdraw to the Hebrides. However, those who decided to stay home in Gallia had to adapt to new realities. Unwilling to fall under the jurisdiction of la Republique and pursuing business interests we decided to settle in Languedoc that is acting under the provisional government of its own on Quillan. We are now trying to contribute to rebuilding this war-torn system and create some working places. The profile of our company is stellar construction and engineering, as well as ship maintenance. My experience with the engineering corps helps with that.

We understand the position the Enclave is facing now. Our company being small and me having deep respect for my ex-servicemen and le Roi, his name thrice blessed, I am offering you our services should you need them. Our scope is small and we for now specialise in civilian ships production but we may as well assist with limited production of military-grade vessels and equipment, as well as their maintenance. You still must have excellent enginnering corps from the time of the war so perhaps our services will be redundant. But I cannot refuse the courtesy to offer our services.

Je vous prie de croire, Monsieur Duval, à l'assurance de mes salutations distinguées
Baron Fabian Montluc

Bonjour Fabian Montluc

It's a pleasure to meet you, your employer has not caused any problems. We have all been affected by the fall of the monarchy, but nothing is over, we will continue to fight, I hope we will do business with you, allies are rare. For now, I can only give you permission to fly in Enclave space and dock in our stations. Any help is welcome. But for the moment, I have no request to make to you. I hope you are well established in Languedoc, this system has enormous potential. I wish you good luck for the future, if we need you, we will contact you.

Sincèrement

Jeuge Duval Capitaine Principale

Bonjour,

My name is Christophe Labranche and I'm Lieutenant Principal of Enclave Royale Gauloise. I'm commanding a small logistics squadron back at Hebrides. A pleasure to meet with you.

Monsieur Montluc, accept my sincere empathy for your loss. Every citizien of Gallia lost something valuable to ambitions of traitors of the Council, but we have no time to feel sorry about our losses, instead we should focus on how we can take back what has been taken from us. I bet you understand.

Our people are suffering at Hebrides, we are dealing with the urgent need for medical supplies and ammunition. In this dark time for the Kingdom and us, the role of logistics fleet becomes as important as it has never been before. With a heavy heart, though, I should admit that a lot of our logistics officers were caught in Gallia or Tau regions, being forced to surrender and accept new regime. Due to this, I and my freres de arme have been tasked with the goal to rebuild the logistics power of EDA.

We want you to build us the list of following ships:
  • Gallic Armored Transports - 2x
  • Civilian Very Heavy Fighters - 5x
  • Gallic Freighters - 3x

Those ships will operate in House space, therefore we are forced to stick with civilian technology as for now. Apart from being rewarded with gallic francs, we will also remember your service and dedication, when the army of the King will march back over New Paris.

We are looking for your reply.

Sincèrement.

Christophe Labranche, Lieutenant Principal

Fabian Montluc
Monsieur Labranche,

I appreciate your kind words of condolences and support. I assure you, we will take maximum efforts that the future of Gallia is prosperous regardless of how unlucky the events developed for the Crown. There is much to do, and we are ready to do our part.

We will commence the construction of the ships in questions with civilian fit immediately. Once the request is complete, you will be contacted regarding the details of the delivery as we understand that no extra attention is needed. I need to call your attention, however, to the fact that our company still being small and limited in manufacturing capabilities, the production might take additional time. Worry not, though - your request is our business, and our business is holy to us. Everything shall be done in the best possible way.

Availing the opportunity, I would also like to inform you as the representative of the Enclave that starting from today we obtained the rights to construct ships under EFL blueprints, namely:
  • Gallic Repair Ship "Briller"
  • Gallic Liner "Lucullus"
  • Gallic Train "Vache"
  • Gallic Advanced Train "Pachyderme"

If you have a need in any of those, we can also now construct them for you.

Je vous prie de croire, Monsieur Labranche, à l'assurance de mes salutations distinguées
Baron Fabian Montluc
