Spettabile IRMM,
After transporting Cardamine to Provence system, visiting the overcrowded Gallic Brigand base and kidnapping some Gallic celebrities for "personal use", i came back through Tau-44 as usual.
Interestingly I have found in the system one of the members of the infamous traitors of Malta, the so called "Republic" under the "*MR|Shepire" callsign. The ship was full of tools to build small modular installations, then i decided to investigate the situation.
Since the transport refused to tell me the destination of the shipment i started to chase the ship around the system, then they led me to a base called Borneo Orbital. While the target didn't docked when i was around, it was obviously a new installation, likely replacing their recently failed project.
Please consider to investigate the situation and if my suspicion is true, then take the appropriate measures.

Firstly, We greatly appreciate your work towards a more secure Malta. Anybody working with MR is our target and since the base is located in Tau-44, it's another reason to raize it. Borneo Orbital has existed at least since the day we've attacked their former modular base, but there was no evidence of anyone docking on it. Seeing this certainly riled up few people and we'll issuing a permission for siege-task-forces that will be effective in 8 hours.
