The Liberty Police, Inc. Presents A New Asset for Law Enforcement:

*Chief of Police Jean Holiday stands and walks over to the Podium at One Police Plaza*

Good day Ladies and Gentlemen, Citizens of the Republic of Liberty and guests. I am Chief of Police Jean Holiday and I am happy to have you all here at One Police Plaza! I'm not one who likes to waste time so I will get straight to the point.

Safety, security, peace of mind. These are just but a few things the Liberty Police, Inc. provides the Republic of Liberty and we are constantly evaluating how we can better improve our tactics and ability's to better serve you. As you are all aware the Blackwatch Fleet Flagship Leavenworth has been serving the Republic of Liberty for many many years and I am glad to see how well it has done. Most of you have seen it. From Trade Lane Control and key points in Liberty to regular resupply and general presence near Manhattan. The Leavenworth's duties spanned all across Liberty and it was apparent as of the last few years that the response time was just unacceptable in our eyes. As Chief my first goal was to cut response time nearly in half and I was successful for lower to mid emergency calls. However our Higher priority Calls would be to spread out at various locations. To cut the time in half I would for lack of a better word need to clone the Leavenworth and that is not really an option or in the realm of possibility.

A few months ago I was able to get in contact with Rear Admiral Grey Evans of the 5th Liberty Naval Fleet and raise my concerns. Without diving to much into detail It was agreed that

an asset that was being constructed on Norfolk Shipyard would be transfered to the Liberty Police, Inc. should we finish the supplies for it. Well fast forward four months to the now. I am happy to say we now have that asset and it has already been bringing Justice within the boarders of the Republic of Liberty.

Ladies and Gentlemen if you would direct your attention to the blast doors opening behind you and take a lot out into open space. *The LPI-BW-Excelsus can be seen flying by and stopping dead center* Please give me a helping hand in welcoming our newest addition to the Liberty Police, Inc. Blackwatch Fleet. The Excelsus!

A first for the Liberty Police, Inc. This Liberty "Atlantis"-class Carrier will serve as the Mobile Command Center for high priority calls across Liberty and aid the Leavenworth in responding to high priority calls. This Atlantis is not only equipped with the latest and greatest technology The Republic of Liberty has to offer but it is also outfitted accordingly to ensure it can perform in a Law Enforcement style capacity.
