To whom it may concern,
On behalf of Her Royal and Imperial Majesty, Carina I, by the Grace of her Forebears, Sovereign of the Realm of Greater Bretonia, Empress of Tau, of the Kingdom of the Near Omegas and of her other Realms and Territories Queen, Protector of the Independent Worlds of Magellan and Cortez, Defender of Justice, Head of the Order of the Bretonian Empire, the Government of the Kingdom of Bretonia sends this final demand to the Government of the Sirius Coalition.
The Government of the Sirius Coalition has 24 hours to accept to ratify the Sydney Accords.
The Government of the Sirius Coalition then has further 48 hours to send representatives to Planet Sydney, who will sign the Sydney Accords within the given time frame.
Should the Government of the Sirius Coalition not sign the Sydney Accords, then the Government of the Sirius Coalition has 24 hours to surrender the territories granted to the Sirius Coalition by the Sydney Accords, to the government of Premier Mehmed Selim.
Should this not be done, the Kingdom of Bretonia will administer justice.

The Government of the Kingdom of Bretonia feels that the Realm has been disrespected since the illegal deposition of Premier Mehmed Selim. It was Bretonian soldiers who gave their lives wresting the territories that your party currently holds on Planet Sydney from the hands of the Corsairs. Your party has ignored the demands sent by our representatives to ratify the act that gives your party legal right to hold these territories. The Kingdom of Bretonia is not some minor Omega state that can be treated with such insolence without consequences. That is why the Government of the Kingdom of Bretonia sends the Government of the Sirius Coalition this final demand.

I want to remind, that my own signature still stands in the mentioned Accords, and our government find the fact that Kingdom of Bretonia so rush to consider runaway tyrant as legitimate power very strange.
I also want to remind, that to be ratified from the side of Sirius Coalition, accords require signatures of the Minister of Plenty and Revolutionary Army's Field Marshal.
You should understand, that before session about ratifiying this document, we need wait for Army commander free window, and his arrival to New Moscow.
You mentioned bretonian soldiers, but how much of troop transports would've even reach Gran Canaria orbit if not our agreement. How much of them would've been still alive if not our actions in adjacent systems to interrupt the Corsairs operations.
Many statesmen supported NAP not only because Premier said so, but because we understood how bad was your situation. I sure, you could provide some understanding back, and make time borders more free, to let us arrange ratification in legitime manner, which would suit further stability of the region.
