Ich sure, you know, the war is over. However, there still our enemy, the GMG. They did a great mistake, by ignoring our peace offer, so it's time to remind them, who is owner of the south part of Sigma 13 system.
Ich would like to request to begin a construction of Forward Operations Base in Sigma 13 system. The base location, type of base and other details will be send through special channel. The reinforcements and HM support will be also appreciated. That's all for now.

As you are no doubt aware, Admirals Hetzer and von Ehrenberg have largely completed the planned withdrawal and draw-down of the Kampfgruppen assigned at the Kusari front to Rheinland. The Kolleda and her battlegroup have taken position in Sigma-21 supported by rear-guard elements of Kampfgruppe Vallentorm.
The Oberkommando intends to proceed according to the plans discussed in our last Besprechung; accordingly, the Kolleda will serve as a staging point for the withdrawal of remaining frontline forces, and work with our Kusarian counterparts to secure and defend the Saigon Autonomous Council. This means means Kampfgruppe Admiral Scheer will soon be the tip of the spear in our operations against the GMG. You are directed to take command of Frontkommando-Nord, and direct operations against the miners.
Your proposed Forward Operations Base is consistent with strategic plans in the sigmas, and is therefore approved. The necessary materials and funding will be made available to you. Conduct your surveys and then make the appropriate registration for your base of operations, the Oberkommando will see to its authorisation. Furthermore, in order to facilitate the construction of your headquarters facility, the Oberkommando is assigning reinforcements as permanent additions to your Kampfgruppe. Finally, as a result of increased availability in the months since the ceasefire was signed, we are additionally able to assign a further 500 Wraiths and 200 Fafnir bombers to your squadrons.
