Hi.
I got stopped by the cops in Liberty and he mentioned that I had a OS&C ID but a Freelancer tag and I had to fix the issue. How do you do that????????????????????

If your former reputation with a faction is higher than your current faction standing is, use /droprep as it will drop your reputation with the highest faction. The next highest reputation will then become your IFF.
You can check your current IFF by looking at your reputation list and look at the most bottom reputation. If it is blinking, that is your current IFF.
