Time's have changed, and overnight the Coalition has had to forcibly change for the better. Starting with this change, I wanted to discuss with you all the the current Blood Dragons Coalition Treaty, formerly signed by the late Premier Ben Warner. I want to make sure that the Treaty has not left anything one-sided, and therefore I want to revisit it and ensure that it equally benefits you all as it has for us.

For example; starting with the trade, I am sure we could expand beyond than Kemwar, as you know Volgograd Industrial has and can continue the supply of uncut diamonds. Furthermore, it's been a long time since the "Bo-Hiyo" research project has been completed, and thanks to your help we've developed the Forward Ion cannons that are our Hurricanes actively use. But I believe in exchange we can offer more by giving back some of our technological capabilities to help your on-going war in Kusari.
