Matriarch Kiri,
I hope this message finds you well. I am Lawrence Preston, and I represent several individuals, entities, and trusts throughout Sirius in my capacity with the Division. With the recent calm that has generally fallen over the sector and the attempted assimilation of the Gauls, we find ourselves lacking resources you may be able to provide. The Division formerly had certain agreements with other Sisters that, for a time, proved worthwhile in our efforts to keep certain cogs and wheels greased, so to speak, and I have been authorized by my clients to propose a renewal of those efforts, which would be out of the Division’s expertise. On behalf of its clients, the Division would offer consideration up to $25,000,000 for information gathered from any native and foreign corporate vessel within Kusari and its surrounding systems; we would expect such to include transcripts containing target identities, commonly used routes, cargo scan information, destinations, and any information concerning a target’s associated corporate entity you may be so inclined to extract. Of course, information on military, intelligence, and political activity may be significantly more valuable, and compensation would be increased appropriately. Once information gathering as to a particular target is complete, the Gen’an would, of course, be free to deal with said target in whatever manner it sees fit. We would also require advanced notice of any terrorist activities that may affect the Division’s currently limited assets in Kusari. The Division does not oppose or support every possible event across the sector but merely seeks to be aware of them. All of the above shall be subject to a particular level of discretion by the Cell. I will keep my personal communication lines aboard the Judgment open at your convenience should you wish to discuss further. Yours, Lawrence Preston, Esquire RE: To: The Gen'an Cell | The Division - Megaera - 01-08-2020 ID: Matriarch Kiri Recipient: Lawrence Preston, The Division CC: None Subject: Information Greetings Mister Preston, I don't believe we have met before. I am Matriarch Kiri of the Gen'an Chrysanthemums. I am not aware of your earlier dealings with the Golden Chrysanthemums, but this is not surpising. The Golden Chrysanthemums have undergone alot of change ever since the formation and rise to power of the Gen'an Sisterhood. Therefore, dealings with my predecessors are unlikely to have reached us. Could you enlighten me as to what the purpose of the Division is? Information is the most precious commodity of all. I am glad you seem to agree with me on that and your offer is an interesting one. One thing bothers me about your words. You wish to know of our own operations and where and when we will strike. You may understand that such infermation will undermine our activities and dangerous to the Sisters involved. For all we know, you could be a Kempeitai spy. You seem to be a collector of information, but no where do you mention what you plan to do with this. Information sold will reveil as much about the gatherer as well as the target, don't you agree? Matriarch Kiri,
Astute questions command respect. While I certainly hope to dispell concerns you may have, I'm afraid I may not be able to do so entirely for reasons beyond my personal control. The Division has a long history of corporate nonsense that, I suspect, would fail to satisfy your interest. I, however, have a limited role focused on discrete asset management and legal advising. I ask few questions of my clients while existing solely answer theirs. As you can imagine, and indeed as you suggest, some assets are rarer than they may have been previously. We find ourselves well-stationed with some and lacking others. Times of conflict and migration are typically predictable from our standpoint, but such is unintuitively not so during times of relative calm. Let me assure you, neither I nor my clients are concerned with involving ourselves in long-standing political disputes. What may come may come. Perhaps stated more appropriately, what may come should come. On behalf of my clients, however, I would simply like to be in an appropriate position to "insure" what needs to be "insured" if and when circumstances necessitate. Your final question is perhaps the most revealing. The short answer is unknown to me, and it is also outside of my representation with the Division. Indeed, the same question could be asked of the Gen'an as its agents will, of course, learn the same information. How the Gen'an chooses to use it, however, is of no interest, and I would not presume to demand entitlement to it. In its simplest form, we are both obtaining access to the same...details. The only difference being a small movement of credits between accounts. In your favor, I may add. Yours, Lawrence Preston, Esquire RE: To: The Gen'an Cell | The Division - Megaera - 01-14-2020 ID: Matriarch Kiri Recipient: Lawrence Preston, The Division CC: None Subject: Information Mister Preston, You say alot while you say nothing at all. You carefully evade my questions with a smokescreen of eloquentia. I admire the attempt, but this is the same language of the corporate thugs we try to put out of the business. There is plenty of 'corporate nonsense' I have to put up with on a daily basis. Periods of calm is all relative, when my Sisters die for our cause on a daily basis and your clients sit nicely behind their desks and use their money to pay for the safety of their delicate lives. Between the lines I understand your clients pay your company to make risk assements regarding upcoming attacks and sorts. Therefore you wish to pay us to get an accurate view of the activities going on in Kusari. Am I close? You never answered the most important of the questions I presented to you. There is a strong possibility that information like this could undermine our activities. If not you, your clients could abuse this information. Do you presume money is enticing enough for me to endanger the already threatened lives of my sisters in favour of your clients? Matriatch of the Golden Chrysanthemum Gen'an Sisterhood

Matriarch Kiri,
It appears ghosts are abundant in these times whether based on inaccurate assumptions or pre-existing biases. That being said, I understand things change, and old relationships are not longer favored for whatever reason. A shame, but if the Ge'nan choose not to share their personal operations, then we can simply remove it from the proposal. I do not seek to undermine your devotion to your members. However, if you have no interest in renewing our previous agreement with your predecessors, then my apologies for taking so much of your time. Yours, Lawrence Preston, Esquire RE: To: The Gen'an Cell | The Division - Megaera - 01-21-2020 ID: Matriarch Kiri Recipient: Lawrence Preston, The Division CC: None Subject: Information Mister Preston, I did not discard your proposal. However it would be bad of me not to challenge and understand your intentions, is it not? I am sorry if I gave you the wrong impressions, but we also have a certain distrust towards outside parties. The IND basicly contacted our organisation out of nowhere. Is it wrong of me that some sceptism bleeds through my wording? This is just my attempt to analyse who I am dealing with. I am certain you would appreciate to know that we are selective on who we do business with. As I said, the Kusari government is always looking for ways to undermine our organisation. Matriarch Kiri,
Certainly no offense intended. We all have our necessary due diligence, but for trust to be earned, it must be provided opportunity. The Division's offer remains without the necessity of the Cell sharing its own operational prerogatives, so feel free to take whatever time may be necessary to discuss. And you are, of course, always welcome on the Judgment should our paths cross. Yours, Lawrence Preston, Esquire RE: To: The Gen'an Cell | The Division - Megaera - 01-24-2020 ID: Matriarch Kiri Recipient: Lawrence Preston, The Division CC: None Subject: Information Alright, There is only one thing I still need to know. What does the abbrivation 'IND' stand for? I figured out that the 'D' stands for Division. Furthemore, you can considder us interested. We shall take up the offer and expand the information flow according to how well this mutual cooperation works out. I assume you will be the contact in the IND? Matriarch of the Gen'an Sisterhood

Matriarch Kiri,
We are the Independent Neuralnet Division, a former branch of Interspace Commerce. The Division found its home somewhat lacking in the past. In it's simplest terms, my part in the Division is to manage the financial resources of a certain clientele that seek to make specific investments with different individuals and entities anonymously. In my representation, discretion is paramount, and I expect the same of my clients and our partners though never the two shall meet. The Gen'an has caught the interest of some, and thus I have reached out to you on their behalf. Please consider me to be your primary contact for successful interdiction and information-gathering activities, and consider this channel open to your Sisters as well for the distribution of funds. Should any particular source of information be more appropriately discussed in person, the Summary Judgment is open to you at your convenience. Best of luck to you and your Sisters, Matriarch, and I look forward to renewing an old relationship with new partners. Welcome to the Division. Yours, Lawrence Preston, Esquire RE: To: The Gen'an Cell | The Division - Megaera - 02-17-2020 ID: Ikeda Yume Recipient: Lawrence Preston, The Division CC: None Subject: Information Mister Preston, I am Sister Ikeda, communications officer of the Gen'an Cell. I heard you are interested in information. Kusari has seen an increase in Hogosha activity as of late. While this is not that valuable as information, it might interest you that they seem to employ a group known as the Forlorn hope to do the dirty work for them as this black box recording shows. I would suggest avoiding these mercs while traveling through Kusari. They have questionable friends. First Communications Officer
