I have been flying around the O's a bit lately, and could not help to notice your new battle transport,

It seems such a great feat of engineering, good taste and resilience that I can't help to wish I could get one for my more discreet activities.

With that in mind, as I stay docked nearby, I would like your permission to acquire one.

I wonder if it would make other congressmen jealous enough to decide to consider it also.

I've personally noticed the increased presence of Junker Congress' vessels within Maltese space as of late. We certainly can spare an Aspis Battletransport for someone who is spreading the Cardamine dream with passion. Administrator Lotarra Sirran has issued the order and one (1) Aspis is waiting for you on Venice Shipyard in Omicron Tau. Keep up the good work and the IRMM is likely to expand its trade activities with your people.
