Bonjour.

This message is addressed to the authorized high command of the MNG.

Recent events in Omicron Tau have forced us to turn to you as those who more often than others from Gallia made combat contact with outcasts. We have reason to believe that the MNG has more information about the outcasts than we do, since the Council was only concerned with protecting the internal borders of Gallia from outcasts, but did not carry out reciprocal raids. At least in the long run.

Since the OCI for the most part consists of officers from the former Council (now the Gallic Republic), and our intelligence with the outcasts was not always accurate, we would like to request the following information from you:
  1. Complete information about all the objects of the outcasts in the worlds bordering Gallia.
  2. Complete information about all outcast patrols in Gallic systems and systems bordering Gallia.

It is worth emphasizing that we are not sure that you have complete information about the second paragraph, so you can consider the answer to it as a "possible answer." Since you already had experience working with OCI in Omicron Tau, we believe that developing relations between OCI and MNG will be useful for both parties.

We hope for your understanding and trust in us and our intentions.

Bonjour,

The MNG appreciated the decisive help of the Office during the raids in that system called Omicron Tau. We demonstrated a great skill and the 'Maltesses' will realize how great was the mistake they did by attacking us.

Regarding your request, I can enlight you on the several points you mentionned.

1. Complete information about all the objects of the outcasts in the worlds bordering Gallia: Recent patrols within Gallic Borders revealed there is no known Outcast Outpost in any Gallic System. It is quite certain the Outcasts don't have any of them in Gallia considering their only access to the sector is the Lorraine Minefield under the guard of Luneville Station. All the Outcasts attempts to break the minefield blockade failed miserably.

However, during the last months of the Gallic War, we found an outpost outside of the Minefield. This installation has been destroyed by our forces quickly and no incident has been reported since. Omicron Tau is quite difficult to scout entirely. We know the precise location of Genoa base. It appears the main activity is located in the Eastern side of the system. We noticed some Outcasts activity from Genoa towards the Western side of the system, probably towards the planet behind the Minefield.

2. Complete information about all outcast patrols in Gallic systems and systems bordering Gallia: There is a declassified report from the former Gallic Royal Navy Central Command in New Paris of 731 A.G.S which could answer to your question. It is mentionned that The system -Omicron Tau- still contains an Outcast base with low population. Outcasts patrols are present in the area, Outcasts patrol large portions of the system, including areas in the vicinity of the minefield. As for our Core Worlds, the very Outcast presence is concentrated in Lorraine, yet around the minefield. Luneville fighters squadrons usually take care of this low threat. The presence of Epinal will help to entirely reduce the Maltesse presence within Gallic borders.

These are the main avalaible information avalaible for now. I hope this will meet your expectations.

Sincèrement

Marine Nationale Gauloise, Commandant Pierre Vaillant.

Thanks for the timely reply. We think that this will be the first step towards establishing stable relations between the MNG and the OCI. There are many more questions that need to be addressed, and we are sure that you will play an important role in this.

As for the situation in Omicron Tau, we are thinking about postponing all further operations in favor of actions directed against the Enclave. At the moment, we are distracted and it will be inappropriate to ignore this situation further. In addition, the outcasts received a sufficient number of severe wounds, and they will have to recover for a long time from their losses. Specifically, here we would like to receive answers to the questions:
  1. Will the withdrawal of OCI forces affect the combat effectiveness of the MNG in Omicron Tau?
  2. What is the position of the MNG command regarding the situation with the Enclave?
We would like to carry out several shock operations aimed at undermining activities in the Enclave. Now we have the advantage and will be inappropriate if we do not use it. However, without enough firepower, all planned operations may be unsuccessful.

Waiting for an early reply.

Bonjour,

The operation in Omicron Tau had the objective to test the potential of the Outcasts forces but as well as a first military offensive for the Confederation. We both know we have succeeded and well beyond our expectations. As you said, they will need time to recover their losses. By taking the upper hand, we secured a bit more the Galic Borders from those criminals.

So many questions over here, this looks like a press conference. Anyway, regarding your request:

1. Will the withdrawal of OCI forces affect the combat effectiveness of the MNG in Omicron Tau: It is really unlikely we launch another major offensive before several weeks in that system right now. Some skirmishes may happen but the MNG will be able to deal with the Outcasts perfectly. Your forces gave us an overwhelming advantage that is certain. The Marine is certainly going to stay on the defensive for now. With the minefield, Luneville and Epinal, this shouldn't be a problem.

2. What is the position of the MNG command regarding the situation with the Enclave: In one word: demons. They are demons, criminals having killed billion on Leeds. It is perhaps certainly hard for you, former Conseillards, to understand those war criminals were once our friends. But they have revealed their true side. When the Marine returned into Gallia, they did not hesitate to open fire on our warships. As consequences, hundred of dead, several battleships and transports damaged reducing our combat ability. I guess you can easily conclude the Command's stance regarding the Enclave.

I hope this will meet your expectations.

These messages are only a collection of information, no more. Former Council officers usually aim before firing. So it is here: we must know who we are working with so that our overall efficiency is maximum under normal workloads.

As for the Enclave, we would like to know if the MNG is currently able to conduct active hostilities with them? This question relates to the combat effectiveness of your fleet. As mentioned earlier, we have an advantage, but without the corresponding firepower, we will not realize it. If MNG is able to help us, then we can begin preparations for punitive operations in the Enclave sector.

Bonjour,

No worries. I am perfectly aware of your intentions.

At the current time I cannot engage myself on such affirmations. I am not in the Command -yet- so this means I cannot tell youanything for now.

However the MNG High Command will soon give new orders and the future outlines of our further projects. I will keep you posted.

Until then.

That's bad that you are not able to answer this question. One way or another, we understand why, therefore, we will leave this communication channel on hold so that your Command gives an answer to this question.

Be that as it may, you have made us understand the position of MNG in many current events, which will play into the hands of the future. Thanks for that. If we have questions, we will ask them on this communication channel.

Bonjour,

It is a been a while. I have some news however. The High Command of the Marine Royale finally gave the next planned operations for the next month.

One of the concerns the Omicrons. As you are, I hope, certainly aware, the Confederation recently made an agreement with the Order Overwatch. The Marine is willing to mount an expedition in the next 24 hours. It is planned to reach Omicron Delta. We thought the the Intelligence would have an interest in this.

The Order requires a full detailed list with the ships that are likely to participate in this expedition. The Intelligence will have to provide the name of the ships and their class.

Yes, our command was notified by the actions of the Parisian Assembly, but we decided to wait so as not to spoil your plans. It was assumed that you yourself will invite us, which, in fact, happened.

We have people who are interested in researching Omicrons, but we would like to receive the exact date of your general departure with the Order. In other words, a list of ships has been sent.

We are expecting a speedy reply.

Commandant Pierre Vaillant.

At the moment, the cantonment of the OCI and MNG forces in the Omicron Delta system has been successful. OCI forces, entrenched in the Delta, formed the Omicron sector branch, which will negotiate with you through this communication channel.

At the moment, we have already observed and participated in one battle against the Nomads and the infected. The battle was successful due to the enormous numerical superiority of the defenders of Freeport 11 and the forces of the Order, respectively. In addition, among the infected (all those who attacked the ships of the Order fell into this category) was the ship of the Royal Enclave, which leads to some thoughts.

Nevertheless, before we can fully develop in Omicrons, we will have to establish stronger relations with local ones, so we believe that the following will be appropriate:
  1. You will take full responsibility for diplomatic negotiations with all organizations operating in Omicron Delta.
  2. OCI will take responsibility for the in-depth development of relations with The Order, by clarifying map in Omicrons sector.

Among the priority tasks, we single out the following:
  1. Full information about key organizations in the Omicron Delta system and the possible laws of these organizations in this system.
  2. Confirmation of access to the docking stations of The Core and Daumann Heavy Constructions.
  3. Obtaining permission to dock with the stations of The Order.
  4. Clarification of the geography of Omicrons.
  5. Establishment of permanent relations with The Order and the Confederation.

We emphasize that the priority number is not a level of its importance. In other words, we can proceed to any of these points, but the best option would, of course, be to establish strong political relations with those who have stations available for docking.

We would also like to remind you that the development of relations with the Order provides for the subsequent transfer of a huge amount of data. Therefore, we should consider this factor as the most beneficial in Omicrons. At the same time, we are waiting for your comments.
