i know, the building of cloaks getting in-attractive by creating cloak-disruptorz. and i know, they made jumpdrives very in-attractive by setting prize of batteries incredible high. but this base having cloak factory and hyperspace coords scanners, and maybe in the future somebody running the server supporting these tecs.
