Is it possible, that the Techchart is a little bit out of date?
The Retrofit-Transport is not in there and the new Gallic Lawfull Shipline is also missed...

Yes, it can be out of date if developers/game masters don't add ships to any of the tech cell, thus making it invisible on this tool. Or if there are some bugs on Mactan Network (which won't be fixed as developer behind this website is no longer managing it)
All I can do is update FLStat.sql , tech nerf and rephack files.
