Subject: Treaty of Curacao

Greetings friends,

My name is Jonathan Seabourne, captain of the OS&C liner Breezewood and director of Orbital Spa and Cruise's White Spa Lines division. Our division has been blessed with windfall profits recently, and we are investigating potential investments into improving Cortez, such as at the very least restoring Curacao's docking capabilities to full. There are several other projects we are interested in, but our legal department felt it wise to check in with you three groups due to the diplomatic situation in the Independent Worlds.

The Treaty of Curacao was signed in 817 but it is still listed as binding for both the laws of Bretonia and Liberty. Much has changed since then, obviously, with the destruction of Freeport 4, the resolution of the Gallic conflict, and the current tensions between the IMG and Liberty/Bretonia. Before the corporation makes any large scale investments, we would like some clarity as to the current political situation, with the hope of strengthening our respective ties and possibly forging productive partnerships to bring continued peace and prosperity to Magellan and Cortez.

So, what are the official positions of your organizations as to the Treaty of Curacao?

Regards,
Jonathan Seabourne

Mr. Seabourne,

As of now, the treaty of Curacao remains in effect as is. That means the most recent variant is found on the Governmental neural net channels, under the treaties section.

As far as the treaty itself goes, it will be subject to be re-affirmed in the near future to reflect post-war changes and the IMG violations. This will be done so to maintain cooperation, peace and stability between the signatories and provide security for the region to prosper. That being said, most of these changes are unlikely to impede the activities of Orbital Spa & Cruise.

In other words, rest assured that no barriers will be placed on trade and commerce and than any investment on Cortez and Planet Curacao is encouraged.

Shall you have anymore questions or shall you need anymore clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best Regards,

Alan Jones
