Bonjour,
I am the Commandant Pierre Vaillant and I am representing the Marine Nationale Gauloise, serving the Grand Duchy of Burgundy and the Conféderation of Gallia. I believe that is the first communication between our two military forces since the end of the Gallic War.
To be honest, I don't really have a specific idea regarding the current situation Rheinland except the end of the conflict with the House of Kusari. Here comes the matter I wanted to discuss with you. The Marine has found great interests in the Edge Worlds, and we are planning an expedition there. Thanks to the trade that Gallia and Rheinland had during the war and to the efforts of EFL, we do have access to the some maps that allow us to find a secure road leading to the Edge Worlds.
However, the shortest road that we can take forces to travel through your space and especially the system of Sigma-15 which was, I believe, a system nearby the frontlines during your conflict with Kusari.
The expeditionary force will be composed of armored transports, a squadron of fighters, bombers, and gunboats. We don't plan to bring anything larger for obvious reasons. The Marine would like to know the conditions of such agreement and especially what Rheinland has to say regarding this.

I am Grossflottilenadmiral von Meyer of the Rheinland Bundeswehr. I believe this is the first I have heard from House Gallia since the end of the war, so please forgive any assumptions.
The Bundeswehr, and indeed Rheinland as a whole, takes national security very seriously, and as such to allow foreign military vessels into our space would be a violation of Rheinland law. However, such a violation can be avoided by going through the proper channels, particularly those of the Bundestag, as well as providing documentation as to the vessels that will be used in the traversal of Rheinland space. In the event the Bundestag is unable to answer, the Bundeswehr can provide clearance in their stead.
Given the nature of your request, once the information and clearance, either from the Bundestag or the Bundeswehr, is received, we can provide an escort for your expedition force through Rheinland space.
If the end of your journey through Rheinland lies within Sigma-15, I would also advise contacting the Core, as the entrance to the Edge Nebula lies through their jurisdiction past Sigma-15.

As requested the Grossflottilenadmiral von Meyer, I am thus going to send a proper communication to the Bundestag or the Bundeswehr but I can already give additional information through this channel.
The expedition is likely going to start in the next 9 or 10 days from now. It is planned to give you final confirmation at least 48 hours before the beginning of the operation.
As for the exact route there actually are several possibilities. The first one doesn't involve Rheinland, but Kusari only. However it is not the easiest route we found and we lack information. The second route -the one we'd like to take- involves both Rheinland and Kusari. It is planned to reach the system of Sigma 21 and then Sigma 15. This supposes to have the approval of Kusari and we are waiting a reply from them.
If no positive answer is received from Kusari, we plan to go through Zurich. Though this means we'll have to travel more longer during your space.
This also means we'll have to cross Rheinland again once the expedition done. But then again you'd be informed of our departure. Further developments is likely to happen afterwards but for now I told you the outlines.
Last but not least, what information does the Bundeswehr require regarding our ships. I need precise details so can I give more information in return.
