I am Nathan de Montfort, speaker of the Parisian Assembly. I will represent here the Assembly as well as the Confédération of Gallia.

The Order is an organization that has received little attention during the past years within Gallia. During the centuries of isolationism and domination led by the former Monarchy, Gallia was perfectly protected against the Alien threat called the Nomads. These times are long gone today, Gallia having opened its doors leading to Sirius and therefore , indirectly to the Nomads threat.

Although incidents have been noticed with some random Nomads, their presence and their actions have been relatively low during the Second Gallic War. Gallia has no experience with this threat, unlike other houses where we have learned that dramatic events happened several years ago now. Moreover The Order was at the forefront to put an end to it according to our source.

The representatives of the République and the Minarchy have expressed again their sympathy towards the Order Overwatch and have not forgotten the efforts made by your organization. Now let's move on to diplomatic regulations.

The Gallic Legal Code is part of a logic of ensuring the States' cohesion of the Confederation and the legitimacy of ensuring its independence as well. It applies to a general case and therefore exceptions can be put in place.

The Confederacy currently claims, and enforces law in the following systems: Zurich, Berne (Omicron-Tau), Brittany, Gironde (Tau-23), Tau-53

The system of Berne under the control of Outcasts criminals currently poses a proven threat to Gallia's security and integrity. However, the Confederation plans to eliminate this threat by conducting large-scale military operations and to significantly weaken the Outcasts' strike force. It is good to see that the Order and Gallia are on the same wavelength regarding the Outcasts case. The Parisian Assembly gives the Order the following answer:

Gallic Law Enforcement Authorities will recognise interests of The Order in the Berne system and will allow Order operations there, as long as they do not harm or impact the Confederacy's interests. Order vessels may act freely within Berne System under the strict condition of having reported and registered all vessels belonging to the Order likely to operate within this system in the Gallic databases.

All the unregistered vessels will be escorted out of the system. In the event of resistance or a recurrence, the forces of the Confederation reserve the right to seize the vessel in question, to immobilize and disarm it within a gallic shipyard until the Order can provide an appropriate justification . On the military level, Gallia and the Order undertake to inform each other about major actions planned to be carried out by one side within the system of Berne. Military cooperation against the Outcasts threat is encouraged.

Banned Ships The following ship classes are banned within Confederacy Space and claimed territories: ... The Order ...

Order ships can fly within the Confederation space under the strict and absolute respect of the following conditions. All the vessels of the Order that are likely to operate within the Confederation space must be registered in a Gallic database. Any Order ships must enforce the Gallic Laws.

If any Order military vessels larger than a gunboat wishing to operate within Confederation space must report their arrival at least 48 hours in advance so that Confederation forces can prepare appropriate action ; and possibly refuse permission depending on the circumstances. This doesn't apply to the transports. The Order reserves the natural right to self-defense and retaliation against entities already classified as illegal per Confederation decrees.

Contraband The following items are considered contraband within the Confederacy of Gallia: ... Kemwer ...

The Assembly authorizes Order to trade Kemwer within Gallia under the strict and absolute respect with the conditions already mentioned above. On the other hand, the transports will have to be registered as well as their weaponry. The transportation of other contraband listed in the Gallic Laws is strictly prohibited. This includes, until further notice, the transport of any object relating to xenoarcheology or object from Nomad origin.


If the Order Overwatch agrees on this terms, then a new era of relations between this proud House and your organization will begin.

The registry for your ship will be operational soon enough. However you already can give thanks to this communication, a list of your ships.

You will be granted then to operate accordingly to the agreement. Perhaps aren't you aware already, but a Gallic division is on the way to the Edge Worlds. They will respect for sure the terms established previously.

The Parisian Assembly has been informed of the new connection between Picardy and Omicron Theta. We thank the Order to have informed us quickly. The necessary measures will be taken accordingly.

The agreement made by the Order Overwatch and the Confederation is now in full effect. We expect your ships to enforce the Gallic Laws as well as all the conditions of the agreement.

It is likely that the Core, one of your main enemy, will try to be of the party. This is a first and last warning: any fight between Order and Core ships is PROHIBITED within Gallic Borders. If the violating ships refuse to comply, they will be disabled by the Confederate Forces.
