Unfortunately, we can't provide docking access to the Mykolaiv to you right now. In future, it could be reconsidered, should a strong need arise.
But i'm sure that our division at Zhukovsky will suit you even better, since it coordinating centre of the Jiang Xi recovery efforts and associated researches. As the Order agent, you already have green visa and access to it.
Candidate Anton Shweik will become your coordinator. He will be glad to exchange an experience in civilian engineering. As head of secretariate of science, he able to link you with any required specialist. Adress further requests to him in this channel.
