Ragnarok - Wesker - 02-10-2020

General's lounge Wolfsburg Shipyard, Jötunheimr (//Omega-54)
02/09/818 AS, 20:00

It had been a long time since the last session, the last time Heinrich had been to stasis. The constant trips in and out to tend to wounds and other awards from service time had come to a close. The facial scars remained, but between allies and "friends" Heinrich was still willing to show her face. The sessions were long and tiresome, each exit from stasis felt like it took more than it gave, of course that really wasn't the case. But the initial feeling of coming off a tranquilizer - among the other side effects of stasis - had taken a serious mental toll on the General. Physically, she was there, mentally though? More twisted than ever.

That twisted state didn't end at the boundaries of her brain, it became another change to the way of life for millions, billions even. This ambitious assault was just the latest in line of crazy ideas guided by a more twisted leader. Too some, words coming out of the General's mouth immediately made it more sound than if it were coming out of a Hauptmann's. But a good portion as well saw the risks in undertaking such a task. Especially knowing the initial cost would already be drastic.

Heinrich sat comfortably at one of the corner tables next to one of the other brigadegenerals and an advisor. In the room were a few other Majors, some SOA, some Army. Director Stalhbrecher was scheduled to arrive on the planet after the groups departure, that was of course. If their guests would arrive on time...

Let hangar control know shuttle preparations should get underway now. I'll give it an hour past their expected arrival time. Otherwise we'll make due and proceed. The General said to one of the majors before he quickly got up and walked out of the room.

I need a drink once we get down there, if these Communists are any bit as redundant as Selim was I swear I'll send them out an airlock. The comment had a few others amused, all that was left now was for the guests to arrive.

RE: Ragnarok - Voronsky - 02-12-2020

The Premier slides his black leather gloves over his hands as he stands tall in the middle of the bridge onboard the Zapata. He is standing tall, with his hands clasped together behind his back at he looks upon Wolfsburg Shipyard, approaching it close. He taps a bit, as he fears that he may be late to the meeting between the General major and himself. He looks over to General Alejandro Rivera, who is in charge of the ship. "Compañero, Thank you again for escorting me here to meet with another party. Normally, Field Marshal Ivan Petrov would be with me instead, but it seems his recent orders has him preoccupied." . Alejandro, stands at attention and salutes the Premier for his compliment "A su orden, Premier". Leon grins and focuses his attention at the nearing Shipyard. "General, I believe it is time that your men should assist me in entering the Shipyard. The General Major will be awaiting us.." . Rivera, would nod as he makes an announcement throughout the ship and towards the dock to prepare the Premier's entrance into the Shipyard.

The Premier makes his way down to the docking bay of the Cruiser, as he began rehearsing some plans of his to discuss, but he interrupts himself wondering what the Generalmajor might have to say. The war has mobilized the entirety of the Coalition and it's citizens, but it has taken an immense mental toll on the Premier himself. His focus has entirely been on the war against Bretonia, and just recently taken put some time aside to think of Sirius as a whole. As he gets close to the docking bay, he feels the ship come to a halt with sirens going off, the deck by the bay has men running to their positions. He is told to wait by other uniformed guards , until the airlock sequence is complete with the shipyard. The Premier is now surrounded by these few guards, and as the crew members give them a clear, he proceeds to the airlock out of the cruiser and into Wolfsburg.

Once he gets on aboard the Shipyard, he is stopped by a group of Hessians awaiting him on the other side. With his own guards beside him, he tells the greeting party, "I am here on request by Generalmajor Heinrich, I believe I am being waited for.." he says with a sense of displeasure. The group leads him to the Generalmajor's lounge, where he waves his hand swiftly at his own guards , a gesture indicating that they are not to follow him beyond this point. As the lounge door opens, he sees the Generalmajor and party, awaiting him. With a grin on his face, he says "Comrades, Generalmajor. I am here as you requested."

Indeed you are, a pleasure. Heinrich rose suddenly, the other officers at the table followed and stood at attention while the Generalmajor went to shake the hand of the newly made Premier. He vibe of the room became slightly nervous until he returned the handshake. Eyes snapped to and from without delay to see if the Premier's expression was one of intimidation or actual gratitude. Selim didn't often show the latter, but this time it seemed a little different.

I wish there was more time to burn here, but I think you'll find Weisbaden to be a much more subtle and safe place to discuss the troubles ahead. Come, I'm sure you already have a few questions that need answering on the way down. Heinrich spoke with a friendly tone, one which anyone could probably depict as a a fake display. Following that - she turned slightly and spoke to the rest of the crowd.

As you were.Heinrich's tone switched to a commanding one. The tension broke in an instant, most of the officers left the room within a few seconds. A few others remained, but returned to their relaxed chatter at their respective tables.

RE: Ragnarok - Voronsky - 02-18-2020

The Premier looks at her hand being presented, he slides off a black leather glove from one and shakes it firmly, a smile accompanies the handshake. Hearing her comment, "Lead the way Generalmajor, so long as we have enough time to discuss what is needed.." . He was stringent on the time being spent, many matters were still unresolved back on Volgograd, and the preparation for this meeting clearly marked an importance for future between the two forces. He did not want to come back due to forgotten points to address.

As the GeneralMajor addresses the rest of the crowd, he was impressed at how quick they are to simply get into another mood. Sliding his glove back on, he grasps his hands and places them behind his lower back as he follows the GeneralMajor to their next destination. Curious to grab an idea of what was on the Generalmajor's mind, he asks while following "So, what's the first thing you had in mind to address as we head onto Weisbaden, Generalmajor?". He keeps pace behind her, as he takes a quick glance of the room, taking in the architectural differences between that of the Hessians and of the Coalition.

There are a great many things, we'll be accompanied by Direktor Stahlbrecher for the SOA once we make it down to the surface. Heinrich walked at his side, directing him down different passageways until they came to a very unique and small hangarbay. It resembled something of a moonpool, but was heavily guarded at each exterior. Two sets of Heimdall gunships could be drawn in outline sticking out from the planet's bright surface. Once we're on the surface you'll find comms are a bit less connection friendly, sorry for the inconvenience but the benefits of meeting below outweight that of meeting up here. Heinrich stepped onto the shuttle, followed by the Premier and four of her guards. The pair sat down across from each other. The shuttle was small enough to make a passenger nervous of a descent, but large enough to not feel a great sense of claustrophobia.

The Bretonian front is soon going to be more of your burden than mine. The Army needs slack for a massive offensive, one that will yield the results of Dresden in a fraction of the time. The shuttle dropped, Heinrich and the guards didn't seem phased, the Premier grabbed onto the arm rest for a second before focusing back on Heinrich. In order to muster enough slack we've decided to relinquish a large military asset in a trade off. This greatly concerns the SOA, as it's their base of operations that's being evac'd and moved. The outpost would need a new host to ensure it doesn't fall into the hands of the enemy, and you will need another staging ground before you can advance back towards Gran Canaria permanently.

The shuttle shook for a few moments in descent before both persons could feel the force of gravity weight them down again. It felt a bit stronger than usual, but not enough to strain anyone onboard.

RE: Ragnarok - Voronsky - 02-18-2020

Leon looks out, observing the surface that they are both are approaching. He was fixated on the look of the two Heimdall gunships while the Generalmajor makes mention of the SOA director. He then faces back at Heinrich as she was making a mention about reaching the surface. He grins at her response "This is definitely a first of being so close to Hessian surface. It's quite to take in. . . " . he would rock a bit as the shuttle began to descend.

He would listen to her concerns about the need of re-prioritization of fronts between the two "Fortunately, we have recently deployed a newly integrated battle group under the direction of one of our Colonels to begin our expansion into Bretonian space. Although, Generalmajor, your assistance in our last skirmish in Exeter was helpful but it sounds like your going to finish what the Volksrevolution started with Dresden as your first priority?" he would finish as he reaches for the arm chair due to the rocking of the descending ship.

Leon continued " The igniting of war between us and the Kingdom has definitively made us focus entirely on the 'western front' of the Omegas if so to speak, so your strategic focus on Dresden and us on Exeter has inadvertently put our backs against each other - least that's where I see us going. But what is this military outpost you all are relinquishing and this 'staging ground' you are speaking of quite exactly? Your words imply you have something in mind for us." he would say with a raised eyebrow, and a quick stroke of his black chin strap beard. In the back of his mind he was concerned with the future of military assistance he could receive from the Hessians with regards to the Bretonian forces as the Coalition space is quite limited, a stressing thought would intrude as he would think of some solutions to the potential lack of direct military support.

Outpost 415 Planet Weisbaden, Jötunheimr (//Omega-54)

The shuttle's speed came to a close. Heinrich laid against the bulkhead for a moment. The door opened, and the guards quickly exited to verify the surroundings. The hangar on outpost 415 was a little more quiet than usual today. Engineers roamed about while guard personnel continued to monitor every inch of the facility. It seemed like an overexertion of defense.

Tangier. Heinrich replied as she stood up from the bench. The now more-than-interested Premier followed close behind, taking in the surroundings in the hangar bay. There were fighters, and weapons that didn't match the collective, one particular odin stood out from the rest, with runes engraved on the side translating to "Fenriswolf". Some of the engineers took a quick glimpse at the pair as they walked on the catwalk towards the next set of doors.

Don't overthink it yet, I've a lot more planned ahead to explain. This offensive in place will make Dresden look like child's play. The Federal forces will be overwhelmed by the attack, they are too few to defend the target we have set in place.

The Generalmajor took a peek over her shoulder back towards the Premier - still taking in the sight to see.

Quite the facility isn't it? The number of allies and partners that know about this place could be counted with the fingers on your hand, including yourself.

RE: Ragnarok - Voronsky - 02-19-2020

As the shuttle's doors began to open, he gets distracted by the noise they make as they open and the guards darting out to examine the area. Until he heard Heinrich's response. " Tangier? " he was a bit stunned, he did not expect the offering of a hessian planet to be what was in need of a new 'host', he continues " And what of the outpost outside of it's docking rings? " .

His ears were tuned to what else Heinrich had to say, but he decided to hold his peace for a moment as she mentioned that more will be explained shortly. He accepted her confidence in the plans the Hessians had in store for Rheinland. He then takes a quick glance around as he hears her make a mention of their surroundings .

" Quite a lot to take in , it draws some inspiration for some stuff to tell the Coalition Engineers back at home " grinning, " I am honoured Generalmajor. So far this entire trip has been, how you say it 'Wunderbar' ?". His face would slowly straighten up, " I am eager to hear you explain what other surprises you still have up your sleeves Generalmajor." He says as he continues following closely behind her.

How's a package deal sound? I'm going to be taking more than enough from our unfriendly eastern neighbors to make up for it.

The doors opened to reveal a large conference room. It was designated for the command members, with some extra guest seats. The round table in the center had a touch-activated map display of both Rhineland and the Omegas. Heinrich walked over to the map quickly, messing with the display to zoom on the Colonge system. You are more than welcome to sit down at any time if you wish to do so. Direktor Stalhbrecher will arrive in a few minutes to pitch in any comments as well.

As the display honed in Colonge, small details on the map became more and more clear. They looked like paths, or vectors from the Jötunheimr jumphole towards Saarbrucken. Once the display could be fully realized, Heinrich drew up the second portion of the map - this one focusing on New Beijing.

Sýna atburðarás A She muttered quickly to highlight the portions she wanted shown.

Colonge has been abandoned by the Military and law enforcement personnel for a long time. Saarbrucken is a resource hub that could be exploited to a similar effect of Tangier. The only difference is that the environmental conditions wont act as a natural barrier. Tangeir has been nearly invincible under our control for so long because it's impossible to stage a ground assault. Technically speaking.

Heinrich took as second to minimize the display of Beijing, and draw up a scan of Tangier.

The Volksrevolution's Research and special forces division, the SOA, has had total control of Tangier. We built labs deep beneath the surface, the planet's hadean era minerals and heat sources provided adequate power. Massive shock absorbents dug into the planets crust alongside the exteriors of these labs prevent the tremors from ripping them apart. We've used the labs for a number of projects, now I believe the time has come to show a bit of cooperation.

We've evacuated most of the personnel towards a tertiary point in the outer Omegas to continue their work. But the fact remains that Tangeir even, with a shortage of personnel for the moment - is an invaluable asset to you and me. With control of both staging points, our stronghold in the Muspelheim system is secured. Without it, it's not. Plain and simple. The Army is willing to give you a large sum of the land and resources it provides. You'll need it for the time being.

Heinrich quickly minimized the display, enlarging the display of Colonge subsequently.

Colonge will fall with one swift strike. Both of our fleet assets, Zuschen and Kassel will destroy all federal and federal-sympathizing installations in the system. The Zuschen will deliver personnel to stage a ground assault on Saarbrucken. SOA operatives will capture outposts of critical importance. The Zuschen will then move on the nearby ALG refinery, capturing it will help with ship and raw-material production for the defensive effort that will follow.

RE: Ragnarok - Voronsky - 02-20-2020

Hearing what Heinrich was offering him , he kept his hands behind his back and kept walking past the door way, taking a quick glance of the touch map. He would walk over to a seat as Heinrich offered him a seat. He was excited to hear of the packaged deal, but as his former days as being the Minister of Plenty made him skeptical of sweet deals at first ; he was cautious to expect some equal exchange. Taking a seat and easing up into the chair, leaning it back. One arm resting on the table and the other on the arm chair of his seat. He would look over at the map once again of the Omegas and of the Cologne system as she would explain her plans for the System.

"I am quite familiar with the Cologne system, back when I was overseeing the initial revival of Volgograd Industrial, I made sure various convoys were made awares of the system to avoid any direct authorities or as a means to get goods delivered. I never put much thought into it as you clearly have Generalmajor, color me surprised." Squinting his eyes a bit more at the map of the Cologne system.

As the Generalmajor continued to explain her future campaign in the system, he would swivel on the chair to face her. " Omega-47 has always been a critical system, it has served as a safe conduit for flight both for our Military forces and our industrial transports. While I do not doubt your inevitable success for the Volksrevolution and it's future, but GeneralMajor, what of the lingering Corsair threat in the system? Unless I'm mistaken about their presence I believe that threat would need to be eliminated in it's entirety from the system first right? " , he wanted to see what she might of had in mind for them, if they still remained a relevant topic for the system, and if the Coalition would have to eliminate it themselves given the necessary priority of the Generalmajor's new plans.

Not wanting to sound too questioning, he raises his concern about the entirety of this deal " Another aside Generalmajor, but this is quite a packaged deal and I have never been offered such a package in all my time as the Minister of Plenty , and now as the Premier. I am taken back by the impact this would make on the Coalition itself to say quite bluntly. But I will reserve my happiness at the hearing of such a packaged deal, since it sounds so good to hear - and I mean no respect when I say this - but I am used to having a deal made where something is expected on my part . Surely there is something equally demanding you are going to require from us? "

He says with a peaked eyebrow.
