Two Cerbs, two HMs, two pulses, two prims, two flaks. Rest are secondaries - and you are good to go against pretty much anything.

Buy an old Carrier with 26 secondaries because they still didnt bother removing them, replace 2 with ion lasers if you can, for the rest see above

What do you intend to use it for? The suggested loadout is a jack of all trades, but a master of none.
