Wonderful ladies of the Chrysanthemums,

While we have coordinated for some time on the clean up at Kinkaku-ji once again an old grudge in the Junker psyche has arisen. For centuries we have done battle with the Hogosha, both economically and on the actual battlefield. One of the things that has plagued Junkers since the first time the Hogosha appeared was that we could never gain a foothold in the gray-markets of Kusari. While we had a small foot hold in the Sigmas at Yanagi once the salvage was all cleaned up we no longer had a viable front to be there and thus abandoned it. I do believe it is time for that to change.

I am sure you are familiar with the Golden Dragon Casino? Revered as one of the most luxurious stops in Kusari, it is also the pride and joy of the Hogosha. I surmise that they funnel all of their illicit money through that base, where as we Junkers front our work with Salvage, I assume they probably front theirs with the Casino. With any luck, a strike against the liner would cripple their operations for the foreseeable future. Assuming it isn't destroyed in the process this could make a excellent mobile economic center in Kusari, moving from place to place, giving yourselves and the Blood Dragons places to launch attacks against Samura and Kishiro convoys easily and quickly.

This is very early stages of conversation, this is a goal I have but it will likely take months of preparation before we can enact it. I would have to rally Junker support, no doubt you'd have to convince your own members that this is worth it. I have no intention on making any moves anytime soon this is less of a plan and more of an "Idea", hell hardly even a proposal, this entire comm is more of a "Hey This could happen". So I wouldn't suggest holding your breath on this

I still need to hash out the specifics, but let me know what you think. In the meantime if you need anything for Kinkaku-ji, or any of your other installations, we are always available.

Greetings Mister Tiltman,

We are aware of your plans for the Golden Dragon Casino. The IRMM just informed us of a plan you were working on together. It is a unfortunate that we are only the third party approached with this, as the Casino is only a stonethrow away from where we are at. Please contact us first regarding operations within Kusari borders in the future. We tend to be highly territorial.

The Hogosha are no friends of ours and you have supported us well in the past, so we see no objections to Junkers replacing their activities. Recently the Hogosha have increased their activity in Kusari and raiding parties are frequently attacked by their ships. Striking a blow at their heart would come at a fortunate moment.

I would assume that the Navy would instantly try to hunt down and destroy the liner if it ever came into our possession. Who knows what tracking devices are all installed on the ship. Nevertheless, one less hostile construct in Shikoku works in favor for all of us.

I have sent you a carbon copy of our most recent intel regarding Shikoku [Here]
