Mr.Steiner,

I know we haven't talked much, but I did work quite closely with your predecessor Sir H.V. Weber. As a result I have a reasonable understanding that the SIS tends to handle keeping things secret that most of the houses would probably not appreciate Bretonia doing. Having been at the Service's beck and call for the better part of the last 5 years I understand Bretonia has some dirty little secrets.

Now, I have no interest in selling your secrets, you have done me fairly and a Junker always upholds his deals. That being said, it was very curious when I was contacted recently by a certain Admiral John Redmond. At first I expected some routine complaints regarding some lowlife running for Brixton but lo and behold when he tells me that a hunch I had for a while was indeed correct! The being, that Bretonia had been supporting the privateers! Now, I assumed it might have been your own work, never would I have guessed that it was the The Armed Forces. Additionally, he seemed rather intoxicated so I am inclined to believe this can likely be chalked up to the alcohol.

Needless to say, he asked for ships we already sell rather openly and offered up Trafalgar in exchange. Of course I took the deal after a bit of negotiating. Though I figured you would be interested in knowing.

Rick Tiltman,
Arbiter

Ps: I am still getting Trafalagar back right?
