![]() User ID: Ellena Roberts Recipient: Gas Miners Guild Subject: Introduction, Mutual Benefits . Dear representatives of the GMG, my name is Ellena Roberts and I work for the Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing - an Independent Company located in the Bering system. I've been tasked with establishing a potential business relation between your Guild and my Company. We can all agree that both Helium-3 and H-Fuel is very valuable in today's market. The Guild, being the largest Helium extraction entity, can certainly benefit from working with Bristol. Our currently small company is interested in purchasing large quantities of Helium-3 and H-Fuel which will, without a doubt, be highly profitable for the Guild. Besides the fuel export, Bristol can offer the Guild, Construction and Maintenance of Modular Bases regardless of their size. Now I can assure you that our service is by far the cheapest and fastest in Sirius. If the Guild has a desire to construct, upgrade or maintain a modular base, then Bristol is there to make sure that any request gets completed. If you're interested, please let me know. Until then, have a wonderful day. Transmission Ends
RE: To: Gas Miners Guild \ From: Bristol Constructions - Gas Miners Guild - 03-01-2020 ![]() Good day, Ms. Roberts, Thank you for your correspondence, it is gratefully received.
There has as yet not been dialogue between our organisations, however the Gas Miners Guild is always seeking new friends and business partners and Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing is of course considered no different. Your message is met with good timing as The Guild is currently finding itself in need of 40,000 units of heat sinks, for use in a project on Iejima Station, Sigma-59. The station is the main helium-3 collection storage point in the system and is typically well-stocked with large quantities of this product for sale. We may therefore be able to cooperate. Should your organisation be interested, The Guild is able to enter offer a contract with yourselves whereby the delivery of these 40,000 units to Iejima Station may exchanged for 150,000,000 Sirius credits. If this is the manner of work you would envision, and the terms agreeable, we are quite happy to proceed without delay. Your thoughts are most welcome. Cordially,
Keiji Namura

![]() User ID: Ellena Roberts Recipient: Gas Miners Guild Subject: Contract Acceptance . Mr. Namura Thank you for replying in such short notice. I've presented your proposition to my superiors in Bering and their decision was positive which means that Bristol will be supplying you with Heat Sinks. In fact, Mr. Namura, the very first shipment[1] of Heat Sinks arrived on Iejima not so long ago. The Helium-3 which your Guild can provide us will be excellent for our route. We just hope you can provide enough Helium-3 for our needs. As we're both very busy, I won't bother you with bureaucracy and will keep you updated on completed shipments. Have a good day Guildmaster. ![]() User ID: Zachary Lee Recipient: Gas Miners Guild Subject: Supply update. . Good evening, The Vancouver has been making deliveries for most of the day, currently four shipments were brought to Iejima base and, due to a clerical error on my part, two shipments were dropped with your quartermaster on Mekong Station. Evidence attached for deliveries to Iejima, your quartermaster on Mekong should be able to confirm receipt there. Good night! Transmission Ends

![]() User ID: Zachary Lee Recipient: Gas Miners Guild Subject: Supply update. . Afternoon! Attempted to deliver another load of Heat Sinks to Iejima Station - The quartermaster would only take a third of the load from me, however. I dropped it there then proceeded to drop the rest on Mekong station. I'll hold off on delivering further units for now as I wonder if there's been some unrecorded deliveries. I've updated the total below to what we're expecting it to be. Until next time! Transmission Ends

![]() User ID: Ellena Roberts Recipient: Gas Miners Guild Subject: Contract Completion . Mr. Namura I am happy to report that your request has been completed. The requested Heat Sinks were all successfully delivered on Iejima Station. One of our pilots had some minor issues regarding the storage space on Iejima and was forced to move his cargo to your second base in Sigma-21. Other than that... everything went perfectly fine. There are a little bit extra Heat Sinks on Iejima, just in case. I hope you're satisfied with our services as we are with yours, Mr. Namura. Hopefully we will keep this friendly relation going. If you need anything else, Bristol is at your disposal. The funds should go to: B|-BCV-Queensdale Have a good day Guildmaster. Transmission Ends
