Field Marshal.

For what I'm reading here, the journey went without a hitch and now you and your plus two are safe in Freeport One. I trust you know your way around, so no need for me to call you a shuttle. Original plans were for you to get dropped in Exeter, but this was outside the parameters, so I had to get creative.

Anywho, do you have time to talk shop and balance the ledger?

Herr Eugene.

I presumed quid pro quo would be necessary. What do you want in return for all that you have helped me do?

Nice.

Well the initial intel is pro-bono, since that schtickle was our fault. For the remainder, paying ground teams, forgeries, background noise, oil some wallets, kiss some hands, shake some babies, plus the transport fees.. You get the idea.

It says here you fly and own a one of a kind RH-GM40 'Odin'. We want to know it. Take it to dinner, see a movie, remove the hull plating, scan every screw and bolt, copy the PU cores, analyze the coding, smell its exhaust fumes and whatever else our nerds need to do to get a usable version out of it. If you have any technical support knowledge as manuals and protocols, we want to know it too.

Give us that chance, and the books are in the green.

Herr Eugene.

And who would I be giving my ship to? You've proven trustworthy, but I'd prefer if my ship's specifications did not work their way into the hands of anyone particularly malicious. Especially not my former "comrades" on any end of the revolutionary spectrum. If you can clarify, I'm inclined to agree. The ship has been a major part of my life thus far, it means something but it isn't the most valuable part of my life. No, that would be what you've given me the ability to enjoy.

Who are you?

Hmmm yeah.

Was half-expecting that. The name to the face is Tetrahedron, aka Tetra. The objective to the name is that we're an independent agency with a couple of tentacles in some pies. We've been around for.. three years now?

Most of our income is from being a faceless sub-contractor for "sensitive" logistical issues and dealing in some tech. Move this cargo from A to B. We need person Z with this know-how in planet X. I need Y materials that are rare and illegal in House V. I need some guns that can pass as on as W faction. Do you have the blueprints for Siege Cannons? Etc. All without traces or callbacks.

Our intelligence database, while extensive, is for our use only. It's what makes us able to procure what we need and to be safe from competitors or even organizations that want what we have.

In your case, we wouldn't use the technical data to replicate the whole ship, but piecemeal here and there, if anyone wants a red-hessian engine, similar hull plating, etc. We're not dumb to give away the whole thing, since it could be traced back to its origins, namely us or you.

Using information defensively is what keeps us breathing, and has worked so far.

Enlightened much?

Herr Eugene.

It's on Sprague, in a code locked hangar storage at the local port. The password is my newly acquired adage, the one our business helped me discover. I expect that you will handle it with care and put it back the way you found it.

Awesome.

I'll even tell the nerds to wash it before returning it. And now, since you have our business card, if you're in need, just holler.

Be seeing you, Field Marshal.
