It recently came to my attention that you've been granted passage within Enclave space, and I would like to personally extend my welcome on behalf of my people, to yours. I'm sure you remember our conversations back when the Kingdom of Gallia existed as the defacto government for the House and the people of Gallia, and I'm well aware that our previous interactions were less than stellar. I've had the pleasure of meeting you previously aboard Shasta station where we discussed trade between our people, and well before that when I declined your first request to enter the Kingdom. If these interactions have taught me anything, along with my years of isolation upon Bordeaux itself, it's that if I'm going to reclaim my throne, I'm going to need to be more open to making friends. Though, I am not here to apologize for the past events that have led us to this moment in time, as times have changed and I hope we've grown out of our bias that caused us... non, sorry, me to butt-heads with a well respected man such as yourself.

As you may, or may not be aware, we have recently opened a University on Bordeaux itself, and my personal physician is set to become the Dean of the medical school that's attached to the University. He has made mention of wanting to hire individuals to help teach and train up-and-coming Doctor's to help improve the humanitarian issue that we happen to find ourselves in, and what better person to help assist him in this endeavor other than yourself?

My people do not forgive the Sirian's for what they did to Gallia when they left us in Sol, and I cannot guarantee that you won't be faced with hostilities from passionate individuals. But you do have my assurance that members of my Royal Guard will be on station when you're giving lectures to classes, and even during the selection process of professors to help staff those classes. As such, I have attached his communique identification information and forwarded this message to him as well.

Both of my sisters were incompetent when it came to external affairs, I, myself, was also naive and high on the thrill of war back then. I can assure you that I've done some growing in the past few years and recent months. Seeing the aftermath of the usurpers taking control of my Kingdom has left nothing but a bitter taste in my mouth, they claim to be attempting to unite the now squabbling states, and yet have done exactly nothing to ensure the people's needs are met, and the minor nobles of the House are continuing to do their best to pretend everything is back to normal. It's funny to look inwards, and see everything that Council has blamed on us for doing, being done exactly by the Confederacy itself.

Alas we aren't here to discuss politics, nor my plans on reuniting the Kingdom itself. Non, we're here to discuss the future of your enterprise within the Enclave. As you currently know, you have permission to enter the territories of the Gallic Hebrides, as such you don't need me to grant you any sort of visa on that front. In regards to Orleanais itself, there's unfortunately nothing I can do for you at this time. The system is controlled by the Republique - one of the founding states of the Confederacy, you may know them as the former terrorists who called themselves the Council. Any loyal Royalists who once called the planet and system home, are either rotting in a cell awaiting trial for false crimes, or are within Enclave space itself. If you wish to visit your office planet-side, I would suggest doing so at your own risk, as my reach only goes so far at the moment. If there's anything you wished retrieved from your office on Orleans then I can be sure to make a request to Enclave intelligence assets to retrieve such items, but even then it would be seen as a waste of resources, and I would have to agree with that aspect personally. Until such time when the Republique is toppled and the Confederated states of Gallia fold back into the Kingdom, my hands are tied on this front.

My hands, however, aren't tied in regards to any former Gallic national within your organization itself. If they wish to return to the Kingdom in it's time of need, and they fled from the civil war or the atrocities of the Council and Maquis terrorists, then they have my express pardon and gratitude. Gallic citizens deserve a place to call home, especially in these trying times. Further visa's given to members of your staff of Sirian descent will be discussed on a base-by-base case, as the last thing we would want are former or current Bretonian assets weaseling their way into Hebrides society to disrupt the new social norm with terrorist and black flag attacks. I would hope you understand my precaution on this subject, the Kingdom is still at war with Bretonia, despite what the news outlets would like everyone to believe.

At this current point in time, I am unavailable for a meeting, as I'm away on a business trip - funnily enough. Doctor Belmont may have some free time to speak on my behalf with you, if he's available then I am sure he'll love to arrange a meeting with a fellow humanitarian. You'll likely be able to find him overseeing the construction and recruitment of professors on Bordeaux - or as you may formerly know it as - Gaia.
