Wingma Squadron Code of Conduct(UPDATED)

1. Who are Wingman Squadron
Well you may ask who we are and I will tell you we are a bunch of freelance mercenaries and escort pilots who wish to help any Law enforcement agencies who wish to hire us and also any traders who wish us to escort them through dangerous systems.

2.Operatives Duties
Operatives of the Wingman squadron will serve their Air Marshal well as long as they carry out their daily duties which are listed below.

2a.
first of all you must report to the command centre every morning when boarding the station and logging any activities you have done the previous day and finding out what your duties are for the new day.

2b.
After reporting to your relevant Commander you will get your ship ready and able to do youre duties once you leave the station.

2c.
Pre flight checks must be adhered to and your personal departure codes entered into your flight computer for departure from the station is essential.
( We dont want the defense system to accidentally attack you when leaving Salt Lake)

2d.
Once you leave the station you are now under the laws of Liberty and will adhere to these laws at all times.

3.DO'S and DONT'S
DO NOT....Use cloaking devices unless you need to in combat so as not to alert the Law Enforcement unnecessarily.

DO NOT.... Engage any hostile unless you have been given permission from Naval or police enforcement.

DO NOT ....Escort any ship carrying anything classed as contraband in any house system.

DO NOT ....Carry contraband on any Wingman Ship.

DO NOT ....Enter Kusari space with a cloaking device fitted to your ship.

ALWAYS ....Adhere to any Naval or Police officers instructions should you be invited to help in a combat situation.

ALWAYS ....Be courteous to our Naval and Police operatives when you are on standby duties.

ALWAYS....Make sure you are ready for combat and can safely engage the target without putting yourself at risk and call for backup if there is any
NO BACKUP then break off the engagement.

ALWAYS.... Advise any transports in the area of any suspicious activity and offer yourself as an escort.

4. Command Ships
If you are under command from one of our three Wingman Command ships you must obey the orders the Commander gives you.

4a.
Each Command ship has appropriate docking facilities aboard and has repair crews ready for your ship if you have been damaged while engaging a hostile or hostiles.

4b.
Command ships will not always be available to you so please be cautious if flying alone and unaided.

5.Escorting a paying transport
ANY Wingman operative who escorts a willing to pay transport ship will charge the transport a fee which is to the pilots discretion and also a verbal contract between the two parties.

5a.
ANY transport who requires an escort but either refuses or departs without paying your fee will be added to a Database aboard Salt Lake and will be asked to pay his escort fee immediately.
If this fee is not payed then we will endeavour to approach the appropriate authorities to get some advice or help as to getting our payment in full.

5b.
DO NOT....Engage any transport who has not payed your sum until we investigate the reason why it has not been payed pending investigation.

5c.
You are allowed and quite right to ask for payment up front and can also as a suggestion discount the price if payed up front (price is at your discretion)

6.
ALL......Wingman operativesWill adhere to these rules and if anyone is found to be flaunting the rules they will be disciplined in these ways

1..... First offence will be a verbal warning

2 .... Second offence will be a written warning

3 ......Third time is unlucky and you will be held in confinement until a suitable punishment or disbandment from our group is considered.
