All available tactical forces:
1200 SST, ALASKA SECFOR patrols detected enemy asset INSIDIOUS. SECFOR is preparing for a strategic strike at 1530 SST.
Effective immediately, all non-essential SECFOR, and NAVYCENTCOM elements operating in the LIBCENTCOM AOR are instructed to lock down the region surrounding hostile asset INSIDIOUS.
SECFOR asset SIREN will direct operations against any opposition in the region attempting to restore functionality to INSIDIOUS.
The operation, henceforth known as SOLIDARITY, will continue until hostile elements within the ALASKA system are expelled, and the contact INSIDIOUS is permanently destroyed or forced to withdraw. There are no secondary objectives.
Further information will be disclosed from field command tactical on a need to know basis.

The second phase of the operation will begin, which will involve removing all hostile forces from the area and preventing the repair of the enemy asset.
