Rheinwehr Command received a transmission from an Orbital Spa and Cruise representative showcasing your vessel's actions within the Neu Berlin system. Your ignorance or disregard for the laws of our nation has been documented, and in accordance with Bundeswehr protocol we require a statement as to why the actions your vessel partook in were taken. This is mandatory, and should you elect to not provide a statement, or ignore this inquiry entirely, then Bundeswehr pilots and officers will be notified of your vessel's status as a rogue and subjected to the full course of the law.

The extent of which this will effect you is your decision alone. The results of this investigation will be made aware to the OS&C official who reported this infraction.
